No issues with the ice cream… its the service that needs some MAJOR WORK.
The lady that served me (who I assume is the owner) was really rude. Note that there were no other people in the store other than me. I asked to sample a couple flavors. Each time she gave a minuscule amount and acted very exasperated that I asked to try instead of buy…
I asked to sample a third flavor. At that point she goes «YOU WANT TO TRYYYYYY???»
YES. I want to freakin TRY!!!
Here’s a tip: Don’t own a BR Franchise if you’re too freakin cheap to give people samples before they decide. Its part of the whole concept of 31 Flavors…
After she gave me the 3^rd smaller than small sample, she was past exasperated and onto annoyed.
I should have left at that point because her rudeness did not warrant my business, but I decided to go ahead and order a scoop…
I will NEVER be back. There are plenty of other ice cream and yogurt places in the area where people are NOT RUDE.

It was 104 degrees yesterday, so we stopped here for icecream after school. The lady who served us was cold and not particularly helpful with my little boy while he was choosing which sundae to get. We were the only customers in the store, so there was no reason to be impatient or make him feel like a nuisance.
Ruby’s is a much nicer, more relaxed place for an after school treat. I only gave 2 stars because my son loved the hot fudge sauce so much (we found a recipe for it online and made it at home :)

Their service is excellent. And they have a variety of ice cream to choose from. I often come here for desert after eating Shabu Shabu Bar (across the street). :)

A typical BR with all the usual yummy flavors. Parking lot is always super packed so good luck on finding a space. Kids like to eat chinese food and then come here which is almost next door. Good going BR.

Nice Location. Great for Kids!
This is perhaps the nicest location I have been to. It is large and open! Same types of ice cream as the other locations. It seems like they have better options to make specialized cakes.
This location was clean and the workers were very nice. especially to my little girl. She even said this was her favorite ice cream place. She is almost as experienced as I am. so 4 stars!
***BONUS*** Right next to this ice cream parlor is a Jerry’s Wood Fired Dogs. A great date place for the kids. Custom made hot dogs, fresh fruit and ice cream!
Where can you find yummy hot dogs and ice cream right next door? Yup. Orange County just a couple of blocks west of the 55!
