Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Employees here are friendly, and give you good sized scoops. This is 7 scoops for me in just over an hour. I visited four locations to get my cone head badge.

My wife and I will never return to this place. We walked over tonight to take advantage of their 31^st-​day-​of-​the-​month special, but it was anything but special. In fact, it was — and this is a word I rarely use — a rip-​off. We were pretty excited when we ordered two double-​scoop cones — my wife the Cherry Jubilee and Chocolate Almond, and me the Peanut Butter Chocolate and Chocolate Fudge. But we were dismayed when we saw the gal behind the counter barely shave the surface of each ice-​cream drum before slapping the hollow «scoops» onto the cones. On regular nights, when we are paying full price, the servers dig deeper into the ice-​cream drums and stroke the ice cream at least two or three times before placing the scoop on the cone. But tonight they didn’t even pretend to do that, no doubt because they were charging less per scoop. So we paid only $ 1.31 per scoop, but ended up getting only about ¹⁄₃ of the ice cream we normally get — a net loss on a night when we were supposed to be getting a bonus. Shameful. There are lots of other ice-​cream shops in the area with equal– or better-​tasting ice cream, and which treat their customers with greater respect. We will avoid this place in the future.

All baskin robbins start off the same but some are definitely better than others. Pricing was high due to location but girl took coupon that made it reasonable. Very friendly staff.

Oh there’s two for the same store I always come in to bask in Robbins I live close by Tuesday nights are the best $ 1.89 for a regular scoop and $ 1.35 for a kids the employees are friendly and fast service

I came here with a groupon that wasn’t accepted at the Baskin Robbins in Irvine center-​Culver.
This location is fantastic. What a great selection of cakes! People were really nice too.
I would definitely drive the extra distance to get an ice cream cake from here next time.

Management really needs to talk to his/​her staff about customer service at this location! I’ve been to this location twice in the past two months or so and both times, the girls behind the counter have been either rude or too busy talking to help customers. Tonight was no different. I walked in and there was a family of four a head of me (two adults, two children) and I only saw one employee. No biggie, I thought, I’ll wait till she’s though (I figured they were short staffed) until two elementary school age kids come from the back. I thought that was strange, but over looked it. Meanwhile, I was still waiting to order and as one of the girls was making a shake, she kindly asked me if I’d like a sample while I was waiting. I liked that she saw me waiting. Anyway, a few minutes later another employe walks and asks me if I’ve been helped. (no complaints yet) I ask her for another sample of a flavor I haven’t tried and while I was tasting it (it only takes a few seconds) Erika decided to take out her phone and look at Facebook while I was clearly ready to order! I waited for a good minute or so until I finally told her I was ready to make my order. You could also clearly tell Erika wasn’t paying any attention because she kept repeating my order wrong. However, the ice cream is always delicious, but these employees needs to learn what good customer service is! I will not be returning to this location because I felt ignored and most of girls who work here are rude or inconsiderate.

Came here with my son and boyfriend, we shared a banana split. It was yummy. We were planning to go to AFTERS across the way but the line was too long. But in the end, coming to good ol baskin robins was a success.

Great customer service. The place is always looking great and there always friendly to me there never rude. It’s a clean and they give the perfect ice cream cone with great toppings. The employees are always looking great and fresh never sloppy there always working with a clean attitude and on clean counters. I’m very glad to have came in this store and be able to come back with a positive mind and attitude. Love there work there doing a very good awesome and amazing job.
