This guys are total rip off. they said they do free local delivery, when i gave them the zip code they said it was free, when i got my credit card statement they charged me $ 13 bucks for deliver that was about 3 minutes from their shop.
Do not order here.
when i called to get my refund Rebecca was total jerk, got mad and gave me the biggest attitude.; I am filing complaint with BBB and with my bank

I was sad when the original shop on Bristol and 17^th closed, but was thrilled when I learned they moved. Not the original owners, but the designers who worked at original Aladdin own it know. The customer service is great, and they really know how to make beautiful arrangements. I never shop anywhere else for my flowers, and I try to support family run businesses when I can.

Aladdin Flowers provided floral arrangements for our wedding (reception table center pieces, bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages. They were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what we asked for! They also delivered on-​time, and their prices were better than reasonable. I highly recommend this florist.

Very disappointed. I placed an order online today of $ 81, they ended up charging me $ 240! On top of that, they didn’t have the flower selection that I choose so they gave me something «similar». When I spoke to someone about my card being charged two extra times, at first they claimed they didn’t. Then after they admitted that they did «by mistake» according to the women I spoke too. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Haven’t even gotten my money back.

My boyfriend sent me flowers from this place twice, once on valentines day in 2013, and on our anniversary yesterday.
I can’t complain about the arrangements. The bouquet of roses on V day was beautiful and lasted a long time. Today the bouquet of mixed flowers were amazing. They smelled so nice and I got many compliments from my coworkers. I sent a picture to Stephen, thanking him for the flowers. He was very surprised at how pretty it was, and complimented them as well.
I am pleased as a recipient and very happy.

This flower shop is late on deliveries but quick to charge my credit card. My girlfriend got her flowers late ruined my V — day. She told me the flowers from the freeway guys that stand there had better ones then the ones she got and to top it off I got her a cheesy as teddy bear that looked like they bought it at the dollar tree store which they charged me 10.00 for! Never again will I purchase anything from them very dissatisfied customer.

This so called flower shop was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a flower shop. They ruined Valentine’s Day for me and my husband. First the flowers were delivered at 4:50 p. m just 10 minutes before the day ended. My husband called at 1:50 to make sure that they would be delivered on time they said in an hour they should be there. My husband then calls me and asks «Did you like your flowers!?» I said what flowers?! Now he is upset one because they lied and two he ruined the surprise. He calls them to cancel the order and they leave him on hold for ever, then tell him oh the driver is there now. Again another lie just to stall the cancelation. The flowers arrived and a co-​worker signed my name for them. I called them to return them and they said ok but you will only get 20.00 back which is nowhere near the amount paid for in the first place. Jessica answered my call and I nicely asked for a owner or supervisor she asked my name once she knew who I was she tried to explain the situation. She stated that my husband said as long as they are there before 5 he would never say that because I leave early sometimes she keeps blaming my husband. So I am getting nowhere with her so again I ask for a supervisor and all of a sudden she’s the supervisor! Needles to say I will NEVER use this so called flower shop. Bad attitudes bad customer service «Customer is not always right in this shop! They will do nothing to try to keep your business like they don’t care. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! they will ruin your day or event!
