The new manager Rosa is horrible. She is a disgrace to the company. She has no idea what the hell she is doing and it’s obvious she has her head in her ass. Do not trust her, she is a liar and has made everyone quit or has fired them without valid reason. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. This bitch is crazy! She also works for Curaçao in Santa Ana, the competitor, I’m pretty sure it’s company policy that you can’t work for the competition, but somehow she gets away with it, if it were someone else they would have been fired. Also, be careful. This Rosa bitch is RACIST! If your not a Mexican she will give you an extremely hard time when trying to take out merchandise. She can barely speak English, that’s why she prefers Mexicans. As a manager of a company she needs to better her English skills as this is American not Mexico where she came from. She denies black people because she is afraid of them and if your white she will try to find any bullshit excuse to deny you, but if you are a Mexican man she will give you almost anything you want including her phone number. This so called manager is desperate for attention so beware she is a bred of her own, she is a PSYCHO!

Great customer service. Very professional. I have used aarons in Tallahassee, Sedona, and here. All great experiences. This aarons sure has there stuff together.

they dont answer the phone ever! i called for 2 days before i got a answer.
went in to get a laptop. i called prior asked what i needed they said i needed just my income proof and references i got there after a 50 minute drive picked a laptop out did the paper work then they asked me to have my roommate come in and prove i live there and her sign the agreement with me if they would of told me this from the beginning i would of never wasted my time or gas to deal with them. they practically begged me to bring her in and i said no so i went in bought a new laptop from target instead!

Cannot find their store hours on line, no asnwer when I call the telephone number at 7:45 PM, (714) 751‑4400, and they do not list any of their prices online directly. The only option seemed to be to fill out all of your personal information to submit «A QUOTE.» so that a store rep can call you. A quote? I’m trying to buy a TV and will not be running down to their store until I compare prices.
For that, will not be doing business with them.
