AC unit quit at my rental property on a weekend. Ice age was out their the same day. Fixed the issue. Tenants we’re happy with the prompt response and quality of work. Reasonably priced and was not charged any additional $$$ for weekend work.

Delighted with their service. My rental property which is costing me a lot is managed by a property management company. They set me up Serviceone AC company who quoted me double the price that Iceage charged me. I chose Iceage because they were the ones who installed it and I have had no problems in 5 years since they did so. However the tenants did not change the filter so dog hair clogged the evaporator coil. So I really appreciate companies like Iceage who are honest and don’t try to scam you.

I don’t recommend this company at all. They charge huge service fees for minor repairs. There are too many reputable AC companies to be involved in this one.
