Decently large location that is well kept and clean. They have all the standard things that one expects from the anchor store chain. We shopped through the store and didn’t find anything we couldn’t live without, but they definitely had a great deal of items to offer and they had plenty of sale sections.
The housewares, shoe, and men’s sections are all worth checking out, especially for sale /​clearance items. Dillard’s does a lot of shoe sale offerings so be sure to be on the lookout for those when they happen. I’ve gotten some really phenomenal deals in the past from this chain.

Nothing to write home about, but a nice, clean and well organized location.

Love this Dillard’s. Jimmy in shoe dept is great, and they have the best women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. However tonight in the handbag department the 2 women were much more interested in their chatty conversation, and neither could apparently be bothered to offer me any help, though I was the only one browsing in the department for about 15 minutes. So I came home and spent over $ 500 online at Zappos — for the same bags carried by Dillard’s that they could have sold me.

I love Dillards because of Jimmy in the ladies shoe department. The staff in most departments are friendly and remember me from other visits. One big issue I have is the lady in the women’s department upstairs. Her name is Dawn and she is aggressive, she keeps bringing new stuff to the register even when we are done and checking out. She is friendly one day and rude the next. I hide from her and will actually go to another area to check out to avoid her. I have been a customer since this mall opened and this woman has almost driven me and my two adult daughters out of the ladies department. Dillard’s would get a five star review but Dawn keeps this reviews rating down.

I had never been to a Dillard’s until just recently. The staff were friendly and were polite in asking if I needed assistance with anything. I’ve been to other stores where the associates seem overbearing, but I didn’t feel that at all here.

Michelle at the Mac makeup counter did an amazing job on my daughter’s very natural, yet stunning makeup for her prom yesterday. The staff looked polished and was very friendly. We felt welcome and loved what we purchased. Michelle is as professional and as good as it gets when it comes to wonderful customer service. Thanks for making what could have been really bad, really good!!!

They have a great men’s department. I can always find great prices on shirts and pants for work. I can also find nice casual wear here also. Face it I am 40, I don’t want skinny jeans or slim fit shirts. They have nice dressing rooms and the associates are helpful.
