Wok & Roll Chinese Restaurant

This place is not bad, but straight up gross. I have never eaten at a Chinese place that made me wish I was eating in a mall food court so badly. The tables were gross, the guy was sitting out front on the dirty tables filling bags with fried wontons while talking over them with a friend. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever.
But the food is the most important part. Their fried rice was atrocious. I rate chinese places on 3 things, fried rice, fried egg rolls, and noodles, since they are hard to mess up and if you do, then why would you pay attention to anything else? I literally had to throw out their fried rice it was so bad and bland. The egg rolls had no flavor to them at all and were chewy and cooked horribly, most likely frozen.
Even the bottled water was in it’s Kroger looking multi-​pack behind the fridge, not in the fridge, what?!
The overly greased up food made me feel sick, so save your stomach, I fought the battle for you, don’t resign yourself to my fate…

Wok & Roll was terrible. I walked in the a messy and what seemed to be a very dirty restaurant. I was in a hurry, it was late and I was starving so I thought I will look past all this. I placed a to go order and sat down at a table in the restaurant. While I was sitting there I became more disturbed by the things I was seeing and began to second guess my decision to order food here. There was dust and dirt everywhere, there was a fish tank by the corner that looked like it had not been cleaned in years and as I was sitting there I saw a cockroach run across the floor. That is all I needed to see. No thank you, keep your food, dirty fish tank and cockroach… I’m out!

The food was delivered to my hotel. It was delivered nice and hot. Egg drop soup seemed to be started with some pre fab soup base. And my Cashew chicken was OK. Loved the fresh veggies. Not sure I’d order from them again.
