Food is way too sweet, and you feel like shit after eating it. If your gonna drop this type of money to eat at least get real Chinese food.

I freaking wish Panda Express was somewhere closer to me other than Georgia Tech! The hubby and I specifically drove to this location because we knew it would be clean and we were feening for some Panda Express. Folks love this specific Panda Express because when we went there at like 8PM on a Wednesday it was packed. There were so many people in line but they went through it fairly fast. This location was also pretty clean so they do a great job with upkeep! You don’t have to worry about this place not tasting authentic to the usual Panda Express taste — they’ve got it on lock. Tip: Get it in a to-go box to get slightly bigger portions!

My boyfriend got some food from there. OMG we both got so sick. I had to miss work. I mean it was. We had diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days. I had to take my boyfriend to a urgent care he had to get an IV. I don’t think the place is safe.

I’m not a big fan of Chinese food but this location is quick and good. My favorite is the spicy chicken.

I’ve come here before… Many many times and had an ok experience. Today tho, not even close! I waited 5 minutes from the time I walked in to someone even acknowledged me. Then when I was FINALLY acknowledged(without a smile or anything) I ordered my usual… Veggies and steak w mushrooms(u know they charge u $ 1.25 extra each for both of those) but whatever it’s my fave thing there. But they didn’t look too fresh actually, the veggies especially so I asked if they could make more… She said that’s all they have the cook just left… Can u wait till he comes back from his lunch break? Ummmm!!! I have to get back to work. So I took the Luke warm food. Then at the cash register, another young lady took my money… I waited for my change but it never came out of the slot. I stood there waiting for it but she just walked away seeing that nothing came out(hoping I would forget about it) usually I would, but bc the service was so bad, and bc they charge extra for every little thing, I was gonna get my change. So I finally say something, and the girl starts speaking in Spanish to her other co worker implying that I’m making a big deal over small change.(Little did she know I speak Spanish) so I called her out on it… She had nothing else to say. They proceeded to argue with me that I should have come out the slot… Then asked for my receipt etc… Finally someone else came over and opened the other drawer and game me my change. I will not return to this Panda fix your attitudes and remember that 90% of the population speaks or understands Spanish. Don’t insult your customers especially when they’re in the right.

Nope, never again. Stopped in for a quick lunch of some Fried Rice and Wantons. It took me a minute to decide and after being offered a couple of the samples from the young lady behind the food bar I decided on just the Fried Rice. I immediately got attitude and with a smirk was asked«Soooo, that’s all? Nothing else?» It was a little after 1:30 and 2 employees were on «break»(sitting at one of the hi-tops looking at their phones…) when several customers came in and the drive thru was busy. The servers were trying to keep up and the girls on break, never looked up or offered to jump back in to work and help the lines move quickly. NOTE: Someone appeared to have been sweeping up the dining room when they needed to take orders and offer customer service. The 3 piles of sweepings stayed on the floor throughout the dining room the WHOLE30 minutes I was there. People were stepping over and around the messes to get to their tables or head out. Yuk!!! Did not see any kind of mgt. My rice was fine, but the wantons were cold and chewy There is better…

The folks at this location are fast, friendly, and efficient. I’ve seen them bust their behinds when a dish runs out and I’ve never gotten a taste of anything stale or old(from sitting out too long) at this location. Parking kinda sucks because they share a small parking lot with a lot of other businesses, but the Prado has a lot of parking in general, if you don’t mind not having a spot right up front. Seating inside is clean and spacious, but around peak lunch hours, it can get crazy packed. I give it 5 stars in comparison to other PEs.

I like this place as it meets my expectations for cheap Asian fare. It’s not gourmet but it sure is tasty and you get a lot of food for your money. I love the teriyaki and orange chickens. The parking lot is really small and sometimes gets a little crazy but don’t let that dissuade you from going in. Not to mention they have a sanitation grade that is nearly perfect which is incredibly important to me. Just try to avoid the busiest times like noon or around 5 in the evening.

I was in a pinch with time and stopped at Panda Express to grab a quick meal. Chinese is always fast, so the fact that it is set up in a buffet format is never a good sign but I thought I would give it a try. I wanted to get the Orange chicken and rice but the lady insisted that I should get one more main course and that it was part of it. So I decided to to get the broccoli beef. I had to wait to get soy sauce from behind the counter and I did not get enough. I need to get an entire bottle to cover up the poor quality of both meals. I guess if you are looking for something to put in your stomach that will be out in a few hours this is your place. Don’t waste your time or money.

Panda Express says it all. Express Chinese and its, in my opinion, way better then the spots that stick 1 flyer a day in my door. You can get brown rice and steamed vegetables with your deep friend beef smothered in syrup sauce. This is my starving and I want something quick spot. Usually get steamed rice and a variation combo of two consisting of sweet fire chicken, beef and broccli, beijin beef, orange chicken, etc… The Chilli sauce is quite hot and the teriyaki chicken is a nice option for a picky eater.

«I mean, The Body Shop, the Tie Rack, GNC, Radio Shack, Petland for a cat or two, Spencer’s Gifts for some fake dog doo, Sbarro’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, they’re simply the best. And don’t forget the orange chicken at Panda Express.» — Eight Crazy Nights(2002) What to do for lunch some days is a tough choice — and as vast as Sandy Springs is, quick grab and go options aren’t as prevalent as one would think. Panda Express is certainly easy to grab for to-go — and man is this location popular! Let’s start with parking — it is limited and people get nasty in this little lot. People screaming at each other about who was here first and horns honking — you’d think someone’s life depending on getting hot Chinese fast food! Don’t show yo right at noon, and you should be fine. There is plenty of tables and chairs, but showing up at the lunch rush means you might be waiting for a new batch of one of your favorites to be made — which is not necessarily a bad thing — it just might mean a wait. It is proof that everything is made fresh and often. Overall, the food is decent. The sweeter items can be cloying, but pair it with a spicy item and you are all set. I recommend getting the 2 entrees plus half and half(half each of 2 starches — noodles and fried rice). I usually get the orange chicken and then one of the spicier beefs or the beef and broccoli. Both are solid items and I’m never disappointed. Veggie spring rolls are also good(2 to an order), but sweet and sour sauce to dip is extra(duck sauce is free). This isn’t something I can do regularly, but every so often I’ll get away with this. It is, after all, fast food — but not as bad as those burger joints.

Awful manager at this location during lunch shift. The restaurant was full of dirty tables and many menu items were stale and old. Not recommended for a dining experience.

There was wonderful customer service, lots of smiles period The food was cooked fresh. Unfortunately we had to wait a little bit for some of it since there’s not enough of that dish ready. The store was clean. I would recommend for a family dinner.

Please consider my writing of this review an admission of guilt that I ate here. I was in the area and was craving chinese and wanted something quick, so it seemed like an obvious choice. And I’ve had Panda Express in malls before where it wasn’t horrible. I’ll start with the positive — the place was brightly lit and clean, and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was just lousy. The chicken egg roll was like eating chalk — dry and tasteless. It’s no exaggeration to call it the worst egg roll I’ve ever eaten. I sampled the black pepper chicken and based on 1 small bite thought it was decent, so I got it — a few bites later, I realized it was absurdly salty. Similar experience with the Beijing beef — the sample was decent, but after a few bites I realized it might as well have been a dessert it was so sweet. Maybe I just got the wrong things. but I sampled 3 or 4 other dishes before ordering and none of them appealed to me.

One of my co-workers convinced me to go out to breakfast/lunch(hey, we get off work at weird times) with him– which is rare, as I rarely fraternize with colleagues outside of work. He lives in Sandy Springs, and I didn’t want to go home, so I said to hell with it, and followed him there. On my way my down 400, I realized my DA left my wallet at work. Only I would do something dumb like that. So I told Eddie, he told me he would get me. What a gentleman. So we got there, and I realized– I haven’t been to a PE in years… And especially never one outside of a mall. So this was an experience for me. The menu looked simple, but I didn’t wanna bs anything, so I just told them I wanted the same thing Eddie wanted(which was noodles, some kind of chicken, and 2 spring rolls. If I left anything else out, I am sorry). So she began plating rice. Then realized it, scooped it back in the tray, then resumed to put my noodles on the same plate. Glad I wasn’t allergic to anything in the rice. The food was served pretty quickly, and for both of our meals, including drinks– was just under $ 20. It weighed a lot as well, so definitely a good value. The food wasn’t bad. It tasted cooked and lukewarm. The spring rolls were blistering hot, while the noodles were just warm. The varied ranges in temperatures threw me off. Overall, it was a quick, filling meal that I got to bond with a buddy. I guess I would come back and buy him lunch. I’ll give the place a 3 n come change stars.

This is the cheapest Chinese food at the best quality in Sandy Springs. I love turning a corner onto Roswell Road to land at Panda Express where fresh, tasty stir fry is calling my name. And they offer free samples! Do I feel like a Mushroom, Orange or Kung Pao chicken today? Well I get to try all three to test my mood. Kevin P. is a big fan of the Beijing Beef with steamed(or fried) rice. I also like their spring rolls. And its a price that for two people is an easy fast food solution for a weeknight meal. We’ll frequent Panda Express for as long as we’re in Sandy Springs.

To start on a positive note, I was giddy that I could get a gargantuan fountain soda for less than $ 2. However, this is where the value stopped and I started to be disappointed with my take-away lunch this past Monday. After a killer meal at Chong Qing Hot Pot, I was on a Szechuan kick and was looking for anything good, wok-cooked and spicy to satisfy my craving. Unfortunately, Panda Express(and yes, shame on me for having misguided faith) did not fulfill my dreams and only left me craving the likes of Gu’s Bistro or Chef Liu. Anyhow, my receipt says that I ordered the three-meat plate(which I agree with) and that my meats consisted of «Beijing Beef,» «Kung Pao Chicken» and«Shanghai Angus Steak.» I do mostly agree with the orders, but the chicken had literally no heat(despite the«Sichuan» status) and the beef dishes looked NOTHING like they are depicted on the website, which was very disappointing. The chicken was extremely tender and the Beijing beef was not tough or swimming in sauce. Plus, I can accept the differences between the pictures online and the actual product(food stylists/photographers are paid well to do what they do best), but the rice really made me sad. My order of steamed white rice was enormous(WAY bigger than all of my meat/veggie combos) and was cooked to the point of dry inedibility. Oh well, now I know not to be lazy and to drive to Buford Highway, instead of a little ways down Roswell Road, when I want any kind of good Chinese food. I was in and out of Panda Express in a matter of mere moments, which was convenient, and I really did not mind that the woman running the food area was less than interested in stellar customer service. My whole meal was $ 11.16(with that giant Diet Coke that I mentioned) and they tacked on a dollar for my order of Shanghai Steak(which was not tender and far from worth it). I definitely will be less sluggish in the future and, if I do return, I will be a little smarter with my order. Live and learn… and hopefully eat better in the future as a result.

Hey it’s quick Chinese food and the menu could be better for vegetarians it’s always the same thing, fried rice, chow mien, and spring roll. The question is why do I keep coming back well the answer is not that simple, as a vegetarian out at lunch you don’t have too many options off Roswell so you pretty much take what you can get but at least the food is decent and it’s quick enough to come an go.

I agree with Keith W., in California the Panda Express Restaurants are much better than they are in Georgia. But it’s a «Catch 22» because there is a lot more traffic in the California Pandas so the food is much more fresh. But you do have to wait in a long line in California(up to 20 minutes, which is a long time for«fast» food), so naturally, the food is much more fresh. It’s fast food on steam tables. You can pick healthier choices if you work hard at it. You can also pick yummy fried unhealthy choices. I still think it’s better than other fast food choices, so I will continue to visit the Panda.
