My wife and I were met by Mr Sewell himself: direct, friendly, positive! We were referred to this business by salewoman at Sears Cumberland Mall minutes earlier. We owe her a debt of gratitude. In the market for a range hood this place has a showroom with a grand collection of products to choose from by different manufacturers! We were impressed. Will most certainly share this with friends and neighbors alike.

Great showroom and friendly sales staff… BUT I had reservations of the knowledge and honesty of the salesman who helped us. It’s a fail proof strategy to up sell your best, most expensive refrigerator but it may not be the right one for every customer. Just because designers use it isn’t a valid reason enough for me.
We inquired about another brand because we liked the mechanics of that appliance better but after his research the salesman informed us that it’s not available in the model we want.
We left the premises feeling dubious, so we visited a competitor a few days later and found that the model we wanted was indeed available. Well, needless to say, we concluded the the salesman at Sewell is either incompetent, dishonest, or both. Either way, we will avoid this like the plague going forward.

Went here several months ago looking for the Bosch Benchmark gas cooktop. None on display, we were told they would have them in two months. Tried again, no display, said try back in two more months. Went back this month and still no Bosch cooktops and Bosch area was still being «renovated.» Lady said Bosch is completely overwhelmed with orders, none were available and she had no idea when they would be available. She couldn’t even locate it in her order book to give us a price. We then called Builder Specialties in Norcross and had one delivered in five days. If Sewell does not want to sell these Bosch appliances they should just tell people and spare us the aggravation. As we continue to renovate our kitchen, we will not be buying anything from Sewell. It is a lovely showroom, but useless to us.

The sales staff was great, but the execution — FLAWED. After spending upwards of $ 10,000 on a new subzero fridge/​freezer two years ago, I embarked on a kitchen renovation this year. My contractor informed me the subzero should have a tip bracket. The city inspector also informed me it should have tip bracket when he looked at the new electrical lines in the kitchen. The subzero wine fridge installer said yesterday it should have a tip bracket and urged me to call Sewell. I called Sewell and they are sending someone to «look at it». How about being thankful that it didn’t tip on my 8 year old or myself. So — if you have Sewell install your new appliance — be WARY that they may not complete it properly. There is no cost savings to a lost life or severe injury.

Love my new double ovens. Very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was less than the big box stores. orginally thought I would buy from them, but they gained a loyal customer from us.

Great sales staff and their installation staff is even better. We had kitchen appliances installed with custom wood panels on the fridge and dishwasher to blend in with the cabinets. They had to modify some doors and drawers and everything looks perfect. I’ve also needed service over the years and they are great to deal with in that area as well. Never had a problem.
