I love taking classes here. They make it easy to register for classes in your skill level and they have a very logical progression that will take you from beginner to advanced. The instructors here are phenomenal and there are plenty of socials to keep you dancing and moving through the ranks. If you’re serious about learning salsa then definitely go there and get dancing. I recommend buying a 10 class voucher and then going to the footwork and partner work classes for a couple weeks. After that you’ll know if it’s for you and then you can get an unlimited membership. That’s exactly what I did and I’m very happy with my purchase.

For me, The best environment to learn salsa in my three months of experience. Take 8 o’clock classes and the social post-class is free; great way to solidify what you learn. Brown brother Ashwin is super friendly and wants you to learn. took off a star because they’re not overwhelmingly welcoming and they require you to set up a profile with credit card info on their website if you plan on paying via credit card; Their website is no .

I visited Paso Fino for a salsa social while I was in Atlanta. The studio is very large and has a great floor. Everyone was really nice and I had a great time at the social.

I went there for salsa lessons. I was new in town and wanted to do something fun and interesting. The salsa lessons were fun and relaxed. The membership option gave the choice of taking unlimited classes, which worked great for me. I was taking lessons 3 – 4 times a week without going broke. The free social was also great for practice. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had a great time. They also offer Capoera, which looked like a lot of fun, and other dance forms like Flamenco, belly dancing etc.

A group of friends and I purchased the Crowd Cut deal for PasoFino Latin Dance Studio. The deal was good for five two-hour dance lessons. We purchased the deal because we wanted to learn salsa dancing for a Cuban wedding we were going to take part in(as the wedding party). PasoFino teaches several dance Latin styles: zumba, bachata, salsa, capoeira, cha cha, belly dancing, and flamenco. Because of all the different dance styles and different student skill levels, PasoFino has a busy and somewhat complicated class schedule. Be sure to check their web site and/or call to confirm their latest schedule. I handed my Crowd Cut coupon to one of the PasoFino employees, filled out a registration form, and was handed a card that was good for five classes over two months. My friends and I stepped onto the dance floor in our sneakers(we’re such noobs) and Jose, one of the instructors, immediately started having us salsa dance, probably in an effort to gauge our skill level. I got totally schooled. I thought Jose was a good instructor, though I don’t really have much to compare him to since I’ve only taken dance classes maybe a couple other times in my life. He’s a nice guy, soft spoken, and can be hard to hear over the speakers at times. The female instructors speak louder than he does. The two hour class is divided into two halves with a short break in the middle. More than one class may go on at a time, so two instructors may be speaking at the same time. In my experience with the beginners classes, there is not much one-on-one instruction. The studio itself is spacious, well-lit and ventilated, and the sound system is good. PasoFino is located near the far right end of a giant shopping center.

So tonight for the first time, I have done two things that I have been procrastinating on all year. First, I drove OTP… that’s right… have not gone OTP since January and am still a little traumatized… Second, am writing my first review for Unilocal.Yup, after years of scamming other folks’ opinions on restaurants, tailors, you name it, I have sat down to give my 2 cents to everyone and anyone who cares. So for all those folks who have added«learn how to dance» to your new year’s resolutions for 2010… I invite you to check out Paso Fino Dance Studio. Today, I went for the first time to the Tuesday night salsa class and left highly impressed. For $ 15 you get a 2 hour salsa class with detailed instruction and a diverse group of students to practice with. The most lovely bonus is that for 2 – 3 hours after class is open dance time where you can dance with your classmates or the instructors, ask questions, hang out and just watch. For any dance student, it is an ideal set up. So, as we count down the days of 2009 and plan on the usual ‘self-improvement’ in the year ahead, definitely fill up that gas tank, pack a snack and venture to Sandy Springs. And don’t forget your dancing shoes.
