I’ve been on a sandwich kick lately, and Firehouse has quickly become my favorite sandwich spot. The food is great! There are many sandwich options, and some are unique. Staff is usually very nice. The place is clean and has some tables outside. Best hot sandwiches around!

OMG, I was visiting relatives and came across this restaurant. I’ve never been to a firehouse subs before even though theres a lot of them where I live. My first experience, THUMBS UP. Food was so yummy, customer service was great, Tables clean, bathrooms smelled
Fresh clean (weird but true). Now, I’m def going to one after my experience here. So impressed with their food and service !

Food and sandwiches are OK but with only 2 customers ahead of me its been 10 minutes and no one has been served yet.
Just too slow at early lunch time. This has never gotten better here.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday. Place was moderately busy. The few available tables had just been wiped down and were clean. Staff was welcoming. Service was timely and order was accurate (no onions!). :-) They even split my order in half for me since I mentioned I as going to take half of it home… I didn’t even ask them to that! Very nice people!

I love firehouse in general, but this one is the worst I have been to. While the food was fine, no other part of the process was decent. Ordering was slow, they messed up my food, I attempted to donate to the firemen and they (manager included) couldn’t figure out how to, the limes for the cherry limeade were covered in coke splatter and were _​very_​past their prime… It was just one thing after another. I’ll just go to another location from now on. Dealing with that is simply not worth it.

I stopped by fire house subs earlier today and surprisingly they stayed open even though all the stores were closed. There were only two employees and they treated me with awesome customer service! And they stayed open until all customers were satisfied! Defiantly made my day today! I’ll be back for sure!

I love Firehouse subs but this one is the worst out of any I have been to. The food is still the same but the service is garbage, the employees do not care, and the parking is ridiculous!

Not terribly impressed with these guys. They do an adequate job, but nothing to make me want to keep coming back. I’m going to keep supporting the grocery store down the street if I’m on Roswell Road and need a sandwich. And if I can drive, there’s other places that really light my fire.
