Purchased the $ 45 facial special from facebook, to try it out, and was not impressed. The entire facial lasted no more than 20 minutes — I have never had a facial this quick. Very clinical-​type setting where I laid on the table without a blanket, no robe, bright lights overhead. Felt more like I was going to the dentist than getting a facial. I get regular facials and was really hoping this could be a place to go once a month, but I would never desire that experience again.

I had a great experience! I purchased a Groupon for a chemical peel. Brook was my esthetician. She was very personable and a great communicator as far as what I could expect from the peel. She also had a very good knowledge of skin types and what treatments would work best for me. I haven’t started to peel yet, but my skin already looks a lot better! I purchased a 6 month membership for more facials and look forward to going back.

That in itself makes this worthwhile! The prices are competitive and the only requirement is that you are a member for at least 6 months. It normally takes upwards of 6 treatments or six months til you see full results anyway, so this is a great deal.
I’ve had many recommendations for this place and now I’ll be happy to recommend this place to others too! If you refer someone, they give the person who referred 20% off their next treatment.
The laser they use is quite good and you barely feel anything but some slight prickling when the laser is on. It can hurt in more sensitive areas but overall I hear it is much more tolerable than the lasers of before.
Emily is a favorite among us girls but I’ve had Danielle and Leah (?) and they were good too. Just ask them to be more thorough and turn down/​up the laser strength to your preference/​tolerance.

I made an appointment for botox, the first one they cancelled but that worked for me. I made another, showed up 10 minutes early. Then waited another 30 minutes to be seen, fine. Then Im taken back and am told the girl that will do my injections is being shadowed by a doctor, she is new. Not happy with that but ok. I tell her I get 20 units in my forehead and around the eyes and then a few more above my lips and jowls. The doctor stepped in and said something like hold up or back up, that won’t work. She explained I needed 13 units in the middle of my forehead alone and that they can’t do below the nose, it is too advanced. I said just do the 20 in the top of my face (I like to look human and not frozen) She proceeded to argue with me about this — so I told her, I need to leave, you’ve already wasted enough of my time… I left. I did try to tell her Ive done this 20 units for 4 years now but she wouldn’t listen. NEVER EVER again will I call this place, they wasted my time to try to up sell me and wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. I called Aesthetic Specialty Centre and will go there, they promised I won’t be «90 210». They do the natural look too.

I wanted to refresh my skin and illuminate my skin so my gf suggested a chemical peel. Noticed on Groupon a special so I bought it! The process was not bad the the staff was friendly. The facial peel didn’t quite work out for me. If you are on Medications check for the peel interaction information.
I have always said the test of business has to do with how the business reacts when things go wrong versus when everything is perfect. I called Dermani back and after explaining the situation they allowed me to get a hair removal instead! Very happy with my hair removal. Yay!

Bought a two-​year deal a while back, and I have been so pleased. I go to the Buckhead location (there isn’t a Unilocal listing for that one) for laser hair removal. I have always had a fantastic experience. The customer service and «bedside manner» is always topnotch, very professional. The laser is great, and I had results after two visit. The nice thing about the deal is that you have plenty of time to see results and go back for touchups if necessary. My only gripe is that I wish they were closer to me!

I do not trust any company that changes their minds. They should honor what’s printed on their vouchers!

I would not trust these people as far as i can throw an elephant. I purchased a voucher for unlimited visits. It states on the voucher for small areas.
They honored it for two months and then in mid stream told me that I would have to pay.
I will not be back. This is a case of an employee not properly trained and a company not willing to take responsibility.

I’ve been going to Dermani Medspa (previously Renew Laser & Cosmetics) for more than 6 months for laser hair removal treatments. It has 3 locations in the Atlanta metro area: Buckhead, Sandy Springs, and Johns Creek, where I go. This place competes with Groupon packages by always offering the lowest prices per treatment. The only catch is they lock you into a 6 months contract, which is how long one needs to see true results anyway! What I pay for unlimited areas (entire body) is what other locations charge for ONE large area!!! Their prices are unheard of! They have the latest most effective technology (not the old painful machines) and a very friendly staff. I met the owners, husband and wife, the nicest couple ever. They are very active in the community and help with a number of local charities. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
