Customer service is great, the store itself is great, however the quality of clothes is to be desired. I don’t know why I fell in love with them years ago, oh yeah, the free booze. The clothes are ‘fast’ clothes made in China; that’s why if you’re a true small you wind up fitting a M or L here. They are China sizes. Some clothes are made well, however, some just fall apart. I had a dress just tear the first night wearing it(not at the seams, but the fabric itself), not the greatest quality of fabric used for the prices they are charging; and 2 shoes that the soles just came undone. Just left here. I was one of four customers in the store. As part of their customer service they offer beverages to customers. 3 of the customers were Caucasian and I am African American. Guess who was the only one who wasn’t offered a beverage? Won’t be going back…

I bought their certificate through Daily Candy. The deal is spend $ 50 and buy $ 100 worth of merchandises. I ordered a cardigan but 2 days later they emailed me that the item I want was out of stock. So i ordered another cardigan plus a blouse. I only received blouse in my package. They didn’t notify me about the other product i want. When i called they apologized for the mistake, and promised me email me the balance credit. Never did, by the way. I called them up again and remind the employees but they said only the owner has access to that kind of transaction. Very disappointed with this experience. I know i have more than $ 20 in my balance but i just let it go. I thought i might share with the Unilocal user. Beware of their service.

In regards to customer service, this Fab’rik is hit or miss for me. Sometimes the ladies are super nice and others they aren’t. But the merchandise is decent and comparable to the other stores of course. They have a decent selection. I always find sale shoes in my size only at this location and that’s a plus. I will go back just for that.

What a cute little boutique! I stopped by this location on my lunch break the other day after seeing a scout mob coupon(half off clothing? Yes please!). This store in located in the Kroger shopping center(to the right) so there is plenty of parking. Google Maps will take you to the other side of the mall(the street side) which will lead you to drive around aimlessly for a few minutes. The store is small but not cluttered, and the pieces are colorful, up to date stylish and fun. The full price items can be a bit expensive, but they have frequent sales that are very reasonable. There is a small section of shoes and accessories throughout the store on sale as well. This store reminds me of a smaller, more boutique-y version of Anthropologie. If you like Anthro, def check this place out!

I’ll preface my review by saying, I dont think I’m the target demographic, as everything is very stylish, and not terrible functional, and even the largest size didn’t really fit. That said there are some unique and fun items here. I walked in with the intention of getting some fun pieces for work, and explained that to Meghan when she asked how she could help. She grabbed lots of items, but unfortunately none of them worked. I just didn’t have the body or the job for these clothes. Everything was flowy and short, whereas I’m tall and need structure, particularly after the baby. The few structured items I tried weren’t large enough to cover me. In the mean time, I found a fabulous mustard colored coat and used my Scoutmob discount. After getting me set up with a dozen items to try on, the customer service pretty much ended. It was close to closing time, but as I checked out, I felt that I was intruding on the stylist/employees activities. It was a few minutes before they stopped what they were doing and rang me up. I might go back after losing 10lbs, but I’ll probably try one of the other larger fab’rik stores first. #Yelp365 — 331⁄365

I love this boutique! They are one of the two boutiques I frequent. They have really cute clothes and you won’t see everyone walking around with your same outfit. The prices are very reasonable. Décor is very inviting and you will always be able to find something. I have got a groupon, scoutmob and a living social coupon for them. Today they are having a mothers day sale, 30% off an item plus they had mimosas while you shop ! Their facebook page is also great since they put pictures of all there items. I always know what I want when I go there. This is my favorite location! Go check them out!

Fab’rik is a fun place to stop by and browse whenever I’m in this shopping center with time to kill. The employees are friendly and pleasant enough. They almost always have some cute items in stock, but I feel the price points are too high(and they seem to have increased considerably over the last year) for the quality of the merchandise. If I’m going to pay $ 80+ for a dress, I’m going to go to Anthropologie. Still, Fab’rik’s sales aren’t bad. About a year ago, I found a top there that I adored for $ 28(it was $ 60+ on one of my favorite websites). All in all, Fab’rik is worth checking out.
