Kohl’s

Unfortunately, Kohl’s did not have an easily accessible customer grievances center, therefore I have resorted to Unilocal.At this particular location in Sandusky, Ohio, I experienced an associate whom was greatly lacking in her social skills. I am a consistent customer that spends generously at your stores and I also possess a Kohl’s charge card. I believe I am rightly in my place when I say, you should NOT take a customer service position, if you are not equipped with the selflessness and skills to not be negligent as well as disrespectful to customers. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO YOUR JOB, I WAS IN SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS. That being said sales associate, PATTY decided to display her attitude to my mother, making her wait for several minutes while not even acknowledging her at her register. After PATTY was told that my mother was standing there waiting to be rung out (by her fellow employee… twice), PATTY kept folding clothes in a smug, arrogant fashion. If you have personal problems, put them aside for your work shift and treat your paying customers as you would like to be treated. PATTY you seem like the type of woman whom would raise heck if you were ignored at a retail experience. GROW UP, YOURE NOT SPECIAL. Get an office job for all our sakes. We’ll see ya KOHLS. PATTY

I can only reaffirm the other entry. The service is really great. They move you thru the lines quickly, even during the holidays.

I have never been anywhere where the people were so nice. As soon as we walked through the door (Sunday, 9am) there was somebody helping us, directing us to where we needed to go. Everyone was so helpful and nice!
