Buffalo Wild Wings

We were at Kalahari for the weekend, and on our way home we stopped here. We walk in at 12 on a Sunday, not very busy. We were approached by a girl with curly black hair, she said she’d be right with us, sat us down, and I look over and her and the girl behind the takeout counter were pointing at our table and talking about me and the people I was with. Right when I looked away they were both laughing. So as far as the hostesses go, I would give them 2−3÷5 stars for their rudeness. Also, I used to work at a BWW, and she didn’t ask us seating preference or if we needed a kids menu but that’s beside the point. BUT, our server! His name was Ben, he was honestly amazing. I’ve never had such great service ever in a restaurant. He was super quick with our apps and our food came out perfect. He was right on top of refills and information about up charges and substitutes for meals. He does his job well and if it weren’t for him, this place would have gotten 2 – 3 stars. Since the hostesses were rude and pointing at us and laughing; I couldn’t give a 5, but BEN defiantly deserves 6 stars! Super lucky we got him; he was defiantly worth the tip!

Worst staff and slowest service I have ever had at a BW’s. Find another sports bar when in Sandusky.

Meh. Came here while in town and didn’t have the greatest experience. I asked for a game to be on a nearby TV and the waitress said she would put it on but never did. Then the TVs went out completely and we couldn’t watch anything. Our waitress was decent; we saw her few and far between. Definitely the worst location I’ve been.

our server was fantastic, the food was subpar, but the reason I gave them a one star is because when complaints are made to the manager he doesn’t really care, and tries to correct the employee while guests are still there who then in return gives shade and makes a scene ON THEIR JOB to a full table of people who are there for wings and the game. will never ever set foot into another bdubs and will encourage others to do the same.
staff needs more training on service, or maybe they only need to hire decent staff instead of rude immature «adults» who cant let things go. or maybe the restaurant needs a new manager who actually gives a damn when guests have a concern.

It was not busy and it took for ever to get our order at least a half hour. At least said our order is almost ready at 7:20. It finally came at 7:28.
Salads came out WITH THE MAIN ENTREES
Chicken wings were just average. Pretty dry. I doubt if I will ever be back to any of these these establishments. JUST NOT THAT GOOD. but they did give us 20% of because of the lousy cooks.

Stopped here for a bite to eat after a trip to Cedar Point with my best friend. Literally the worst service I have ever received in my life. The food was okay, but my friend said her flat bread was WAY over seasoned. I tried it and it tasted like a bottle of seasoning was just dumped on it. Disgusting. We finished our meal and then sat there for what felt like forever and our waiter visited us for the FIRST time since giving us our food and said, «Wow, you guys are finished?» It was horrific.

My last visit was a five star but they are so dang inconsistent! One time my mild wings were so hot I thought the cooks were just having a laugh at my expense. Seriously, wallpaper stripping, face melting hot. Other times they’ve been either great or just so so. The last ones were so good even the bartender said, «Wow, those look great!» Like it was an odd batch.
I sit at the bar where the service is prompt. Jordan is fantastic, but they are all good. Great beer selection and plenty of giant tv’s in front of you.

First off I just need to say that they get 1 star because it’s not possible to give them a zero we order 18 mild wings and 24 boneless wings I had to repeat myself about 5 times then we get to the restaurant and wait 15 minutes for anyone to even greet me then my order was wrong not only did she not have our order correct but they ran out of boneless wings after 45 minutes total of waiting I left disappointed and empty handed a real let down from our local buffalo wild wings

Appetizers were fast to come but our main course took upwards of 40 minutes. Waiters were inefficient and the wait was too long for us, as we needed to grab a quick meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this Bw3’s as it lacked in service MUCH more than other Bw3’s we have been too.

One of the few places open late in Sandusky to eat. The food was exactly as expected, but the whole place seemed kind of dirty. Service was good, but I couldn’t get over the musty feel of the place. Napkins had sauce stains on them, some fruit flies buzzing around, floaters in the beer glasses… ick.

My girlfriend and I stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings on the way to the Kalahari Resort hosting the event Colossal Con. This will be known as a case of «the food was good but the service was lacking (sucked)»
We both ordered boneless wings (gotta love the boneless Thursdays) and two cokes.
Our order was taken in a timely manner, our food was brought out to us in a timely manner, but after that we only saw the waitress when it was time to flag her down to get the check. The waitress never stopped back to give us refills, and never stopped by to check on us periodically. I am a fan of the franchise, so I’ll probably go back the next time I am in town but hopefully we get a different server.

The only good buffalo wild wings restaurant that we’ve tried so far, all the staff were good, the service was great, went on Tuesday and had 40% off the wings.

Went for lunch. Bad impression upon walking in. Staff seemed like we had interrupted them. They really wanted us to go to the bar area while they sat at a table and talked. Waitress was abrupt. Also forgot dressing on salad and wants around for enough time that we ended up eating salad without it.
I was agitated enough about the service that I wanted to call later, but had other things that needed my attention.
I’ve eaten at other BW3s before and liked them just fine. I would not recommend or return to this one.

We’ve only eaten at this BW3 4 times and once was fair.
The others were horrible and twice we all got sick and threw up thru out the night later on and once was bad because wings came with not enough sauce to cover them and when asked for sauce to cover them, we were charged for extra sauce… didn’t want extra sauce, just enough to cover them and the waitress was rude and waited for drinks.
Haven’t been here in about 2 years and has never come up as a place to eat in «where do you want to eat tonight?» conversation

We visited this Buffalo Wild Wings after a long day driving to Cedar Point. It was a quite disappointing experience. While the food was great, we waited nearly 30 minutes before our order was taken. The server didn’t bring us water. And worse than that, I told the server that we had a birthday in the group and asked FOUR times for them to do their birthday announcement and dessert. But, he forgot and then it was just too late in the dinner to do anything special for our birthday boy. I was not happy.

Well I have been there three times in the past month, first two times the service was great third time we waited for an hour for our food. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the server to bring our bill. Overall though the food is great. Plenty of tv’s to watch sports on. I love it!
Tuesday nights is Wing night, where you get buy one get one free of their wings. Thursday nights is their 60 cent boneless wing night.
They also have a free trivia game going on all the time for people that don’t really want to watch the sports.

Still a fan!
I had to go here (despite the diet) just to ensure that they were maintaining BW3’s high standards. I am happy to report that they are doing a good job!

I remember lots of nights here doing alcohol fueled kareoke with everybody at my work, until someone burned down the back, then we didnt go there anymore… still, only bar I got kicked out of for being too drunk!!!
