This bistro is the place to stop if you’re looking for fresh gelato, delicious coffee and a large array of food options. My family comes to town once a year to ski at Schweitzer, but the kids are most excited about pizza and gelato. So glad to see such friendly faces and fresh options here at the Bistro!

The Cedar St Bistro is a delightful find! Coming from San Fran to Sandpoint does have certain challenges. However, finding a great place to sit with a friend and have a cup of coffee and get some good food is not one of them When I walked into the CSB I was greated with small town service with the taste and quality of a San Fran.

LOVE this CAFE! One of my favorites for sure! Such a diverse menu from Crepes. to Wraps… Sandwiches. Everything I have ordered here is amazing! I have been a regular here for YEARS. Did I mention the staff? Super friendly. excellent customer service! The ambience is wonderful overlooking Sand creek-​lots of wildlife. LOVE this place! You will not be disappointed!!!

Wow, great coffee! Great bfast sammies too. And open at 7 am now perfect for Montana time visitors.

Passed through Sandpoint while on route to Spokane. We decided to have lunch here after reading some glowing reviews on Unilocal.
The roasted turkey dill havarti with mango chutney is one of the most delicious sandwich we’ve ever had! Too bad we live in Vancouver BC, because this is the kind of place we would visit regularly for as long as possible :)

We are locals. And have come here no less than 30 times over 10+ years. It kind of blows me away at how we are treated as if it was our first time, with a complete lack of recognition. I do not mean fawning, but just a simple hi and recognition would be nice.
Food and drinks are fine: 6 – 7 out of 10. Service is OK.
Once winter comes around the entire bridge is a ghost town. Even then there is no local intimacy.
I rarely go there anymore…
I used to avoid Starbucks like the plague. Now I go there as often as my favorite places.

Great selection on coffee and tea items, staff super friendly, great nook next to the glass sided balcony on Cedar Street Bridge. Tons of souvenir shops at this location also.

This place is awesome. Top notch quality sandwiches and salads. We have eaten here many times it is always fresh and excellent quality. If you want a fresh delicious high quality sandwich this is it!

So slow. Just make sure you aren’t in a hurry even if they aren’t busy. Breakfast sandwiches are good but not sure if it’s worth the wait.

We are locals who love to stop in here for a delicious lunch! Their Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Pesto is so good. The Artisian Pizzas are wonderful too. Of Course the Gelato is the perfect ending!

Wonderful baristas! Always smiles on their faces and great attention to detail. I’m a pretty regular customer and they remember my drink order every time. Their food is delicious, I’ve never had a meal there that I did not enjoy. Definitely worth a stop if you are spending time downtown!

I’ve been coming to the Ceder St Bridge for 4 years now, I’ am impressed with their wide selection of menu items, the organic coffee and of course the gelato and baked goods. Although my absolute favorite is The Garden Wrap… Absolutely divine!!! All kinds of veggies and flavors, a little cheese rolled and wrapped and put on the Panini maker to melt cheese… The girls are sweet and the owners are great and personable. A deffinate go to place when your in Sandpoint.

My 3^rd autumn visit to Sandpoint, Idaho absolutely MUST include a visit to Cedar Street Bridge. Love the shops and this bistro is so cute it’s hard to pass up. Last year my son and his fiancé and I went the gelato route. This year, we wanted something a little more substantial and the pizza was calling our name.
Sadly, it was only the pizza that was paying attention.
At first it was amusing to watch the 4 employees wash dishes and bustle about behind the counter.
Then it wasn’t.
Because we were the only 3 customers in the place and no one could walk over and say, «Hello.»
Finally, one of the ladies did come over and say, «What do you want?»
Wow.
We ordered a small pizza to split 3 ways and a couple of drinks… paid and went to sit down.
Then, the server brought over our food and said, «Ladies, how is your afternoon going?»
When I said, «And, gentleman,» nodding toward my son, there was no acknowledgement, no apology, no… well, nothing.
The food may be good, but the service could use some serious work. Hellos and Goodbyes and Thank Yous can go along way toward making your customers want to return.

The best pizza in Sandpoint! Delicious artisan pizza. Flavourful sauce, perfectly thin crust, and fresh toppings. If you wanna get crazy, check out the pesto. It’ll change your life.

We came here just for the latte’s and to enjoy sitting above the river and looking out the window. The service was nice and fast, the drinks were good. We came first thing in the morning and after 30 minutes a steady flow of tourists and locals showed up. Such a great view. IF you have the time I highly recommend grabbing a cup and coming here to just enjoy the view

actually called the Cedar St. Bridge Bistro. One of the best places for creamy gelato! Not alot of selection though but still one of the best gelato makers I have found! they also sell pastries, coffee etc. You can’t visit Sandpoint and not go to the bridge. we always visit this place even in the cold winter! free wifi for those of us who need it. and a great view!

The coffee’s good, but the smoked mozzarella panini is GREAT!
