great local business, as most people know Shawn used to manage the Sun Devil Pool store by Walmart. Great to see him out on his own. Shawn also offers pool cleaning services, we have used him on our own pool and recommend him a lot through our real estate business.

Honest, Ethical and Good Pricing. He helped me turn my pool back to brand new status and had ideas to save me money. I have used several pool companies and also got quotes but he beat all in service and price.

Shawn is excellent! We recently bought a home with a pool and with the labor of moving, we unfortunately ignored our pool for two weeks, making it turn green. Shawn was EXCELLENT! He walked me through every step of how to fix my pool, and even taught me how to clean my pool filters. He was very thorough, and sure enough, my pool was cleared up within 12 hours! I showed up about 10 minutes before closing, and he was kind enough to finish our conversation and not rush through it, even though I didn’t leave until about 20 minutes after closing time. I’ll be coming back here whenever we need help or supplies! He really is a great guy.

I would rather have to pay higher prices to get better service. My experience wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t what I expected either. Customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Be sure to understand the return policy before you buy. They won’t accept returns on some items, but you don’t find this out until you examine your receipt AFTER your purchase. The return policy is not posted at register, unless they took my advice. Not flexible or reasonable. I’m just glad a Leslie’s opened up at the old Sun Devil Shop by Walmart.

Glad to see Shawn back in San Tan Valley. Shawn is the most honest and knowledgeable pool supply guy around. He is extremely helpful, and will come out to give you a hand and /​or advice. He can also talk you through it if you want to save money and do it yourself. Nicest huy you’ll ever meet. You can’t go wrong with Shawn.

Shawn is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to swimming pools. Glad to see he has had the opportunity to open his own shop. Shawn’s back!!! I used to shop at Sun Devil pool supply in San Tan Valley. Shawn was the store manager. He was always very knowledgeable and professional. After he left the quality of service went way down. I am so glad Shawn opened his own store!
His new store has a great selection of products at amazing prices. If you want service, selection and great pricing, you need to go to Shawn’s pool shop!
