I received a Groupon for MD Ranch as a gift. It was hard to schedule an appointment as they don’t have the desk assistant, so they are available on the phone only when they don’t have customers. I had an appointment for 11:30 am. At 11 am I called to coordinate that we are going to be late, but no one answered the call and I had to leave a voicemail. Since Queen Creek is far away from me and I didn’t know if I was able to keep my appointment if I will be late, I didn’t go there. No one called me back, at 11:27 I called again for rescheduling. Matt answered the phone and said that he’ll call me back for rescheduling for additional $ 20 fee. It’s been a week now and I haven’t received any calls from MD Ranch about rescheduling. Poor customer service. I don’t know how big is MD Ranch, but if they had an office assistant during their business hours, I could be able to enjoy their business more as I possibly was able to keep my initial appointment. The other complaint is that they marked my Groupon as used, while I haven’t received any services.

My 7 year old son had a great time on his first ride. I also enjoyed the ride through the mountains. Worth the call to book a ride! I will book another ride very soon.

This was a really great experience! I would recommend this to anyone interested in horseback riding and gorgeous desert scenery. All of the horses were well behaved but they had some spirit and the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. I had a really great time horseback riding at the San Tan Mountain Regional Park!
