If you’re into poor customer service and enjoy blonde hair in your Brownie Delight then this is the place for you. I was so excited when Freddy’s opened initially however we’ve experienced inaccuracy on several occasions and tonight’s unappetizing hair is the straw that broke the camel’s back. Freddy’s has been open for business for over a year and one would think they’d have all the kinks worked out by now. Our family will never return. EEK!

We are new to San Tan Valley and have been less than impressed by the local business’ customer service. I know this is just a fast food joint but was pleasantly surprised by the best service I’ve yet experienced at a fast food joint in this area. The others so far aren’t even acceptable. Being that we just moved and are still unpacking I have had fast food WAY more than I care to admit this week. The guy in the drive through was very friendly and efficient, and very patient with me bc I was ordering for 4 other people as well. All in all, great experience for fast food and will definitely be back.

Not only do they have the only fast food burger that doesn’t taste like garbage, it actually tastes really good.
Every occasion that I’ve been the employees have always worn smiles and been incredibly helpful and friendly, something that’s also rare in the fast food industry.

2nd time to a Freddy’s, totally enjoyed my meal. After a soccer game the steakburger, for me, it was great, you think 2 patties, yes. They are pressed thin, when grill fried the edges are crispy and good. My friend had the chili dog and it was gone in no time. She said it was the bomb. As for the fries! Oh my, thin and crispy dipped in the fry sauce, great fries.
We were greeted by a young man Jacon, who was very informative, polite and helpful. He knew the menu with out looking at it and was able to explain items we equites about, especially when I had only visited a Freddy’ one other time and my friend was a first timer. Thank you Jacon and Freddy’s for training your employees right.
I can’t say anything negative, except we were too full to try their famous frozen custard. Next time I’ll have dessert first!

First timer. My first impression was great. At the drive thru, the service was great. She was very patient with me. Fairly quick service, I did order a lot of food. Got home, the order was correct. Kids loved it. Reminded me of another steak burger place back in Missouri, but this was way better. Nice job folks.

Ok, I have to say that Freddy’s has one of the best fast food burgers around. I always get the double cheeseburger California style and it’s delicious. I’ve also tried the all beef hot dogs and they are pretty good as well. Service is always great at this location. I do prefer my fries a bit thicker then the shoestring fries that are served here, but their fry sauce is amazing! I’ll definitely come back to try the frozen custard when I have a sweet tooth. :)

Excellent food, yummy custard, amazing service. I’ve gone here for about 4 months (since moving to AZ) and this location has been my favorite go to for late night snacks after practices or as a treat night for wins. You won’t be disappointed.

Really good burgers and the fries are super crispy and golden. They have this sauce you can’t get anywhere else, so good for dippin the fries. I even pored it on my burger last time, fantastic!
Saturday nights can be quite busy… but, I see that as a ‘good’ sign. Always fast service, hot and delicious food, very fair price. Great place to bring the family for dinner, customers there seem quite satisfied and loyal.
Yep, we’ll go back, again and again…
I may have to change this to 5 stars… hmmm…

I was tired and grumpy when I went through the drive through tonight at 5:17pm. Not only was the service excellent ~ the cashier even confirmed our order making sure everything was correct in a wind/​sand storm. Got home, and the food was delicious! The patty melt was great!!! I’ve never been to a Freddy’s before, and was a bit put off by the price, but it was worth it. We will definitely be coming back ~ great restaurant, nice staff, and delicious food!!!

Freddy’s is a family favorite. Hamburgers taste fresh and the service is fast. The only thing that I’m not to keen on is the french fries. They are way to skinny and if you can find one that is two inches or longer, it’s a good day! The shakes are awesome and they offer fry sauce… which is something I struggle living without. Prices are higher than your everyday fast food burger place but the quality makes up for it

Had the pleasure of eating here with the family & it was delicious! If you really want a hamburger/​Steakburger they are the BEST, well seasoned & yummy lil fries. Out here in San Tan Valley we don’t have very many fast foods which is a good & bad thing. This place out does themselves & don’t even mind paying $ 9.81 for a combo meal! Def. my families newest & favorite place to dine at.

Mini size is enough for me. Hot fudge, pecans, bananas. I’m in custard love.
Place is clean and employees friendly enough. Bathrooms are even clean.
