One star is the lowest rating I can give this guy Orlando Bertolo (not a big outfit just a one man band who runs his business from his home). He is a liar and a thief. He rented my family a home that had been in foreclosure for almost a year and didn’t tell me. After living there about five months I received a letter telling me that I had to leave immediately because the bank was taking the house. Orlando Bertolo had been pocketing my rent the entire time. He also never returned my calls and I lost my entire security deposit. He is a liar and a thief.

Desert Valley Realty is the best! I had a very stressful out of state move to do on a short notice when my husband was transferred to Arizona recently. The application process was easy and streamlined. Both Orlando and Nicole are so helpful and nice even when I had to call and email a lot to get all my move details situated. They were very prompt with emailing me back as well. Beyond satisfied with their service and our new home!

I have been trying to get in touch with someone in this office for several days now to find out they only reply to email, when i said im moving from seattle to mesa and requested more info on the house i was quickly replied to with «we dont need to offer any more pictures or videos cause houses rent quickly here» i have emailed several times requesting a call to no avail. I do not recommend renting from this company! If its this difficult to reach them and get good customer service then i dont want to do business with them. When i agree to pay someone 12,000 a year i expect better customer service than what this company has provided to me thus far. Given 1 star cause there is no option to give zero!

This is my second year renting from Desert Valley Realty Investments and Property Management and I couldn’t be happier. I have had nightmare experiences with past property management companies but Orlando Bertolo and his staff are friendly, professional and take care of any issues that I have had right away. I would definitely recommend Desert Valley Realty for anyone who is looking to purchase or rent a home.
