Just left my house and charged me $ 75.00 for nothing. My insurance company sent this guy out. My dishwasher has not worked in 3 days, of course it works today. The guys stays for 10 minutes (chats to the guys doing my floors longer than he looks at the dishwasher) then leaves with my check. After voicing how I don’t feel I should have to pay the full $ 75.00 he says «I would love to fix it, if it was broken». Would I really call someone out if I didn’t have a problem? Thanks for nothing. I will be calling my insurance on this one. WORST SERVICE, DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The tech offer no diagnosis, basically told me what I already knew that it was not working. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The tech spent a total of 5 minutes in the home, made a phone call that last most of that 5 minutes and told me he would submit the paper work to my warranty company. Offered no explanation, did not tell me what he was going to tell the warranty company. I paid him his fee, for 0 service. Now I have to have a second opinion revisit the home to give me a proper diagnosis and properly inspect my stove. Honestly his service was a complete waste of my time and to the person who was also inspected on 1−8−16 Rachel, I 100% agree with your explanation of the tech my home was also service the same day.

My family and I are renting a home and this company came out to look at our dishwasher since it was not draining. We have been living in the area for about a week. The first thing the gentleman said when he walked in was «you might what numbers on your house so people can find you when you need stuff worked on.» Which I thought was extremely rude, as I had just said please excuse the mess we are still unpacking — alluding to the fact that we had just moved her. He spent about 5 minutes working on the dishwasher, but was very rude every time he spoke to me. Plus he smelled like a pack of cigarettes. My house still smelled after he left. Very unprofessional if you ask me. He left saying that there was something stuck in the pump rattling around but that it should just flush out. And didn’t bother to look at it. The whole appointment lasted maybe 20 minutes and he left my house smelling like cigarettes. Very unimpressive. And very rude. I would not recommend this company at all!

In my opinion, they were condescending and not friendly. I would not recommend them.
