This place needs a drive thru. I’ll take Taco Bell food over McDonald’s or Burger King any day when I’m in a rush to feed the kids. But having to come into this place and watch the employees blatantly not care about what they’re doing is brutal. When the food finally arrives, no matter what it tastes like, I’m going to be disappointed

My expectations are not high for taco bell — I only expect decently fast, tasty, cheap food. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t even meet that basic criteria. Usually, there are only 2 employees working during the lunch hour. It took me 35 minutes to get my food yesterday. This has happened on 2 occasions. This store appears to be understaffed and poorly managed. Avoid if possible.

Went to get a 12 pack of tacos and a few other things. Each taco had very little lettuce, meat and barely any cheese. The tostada was also as bad or worse. Not sure if they were running out of meat and or beans!

I’m not a big Taco Bell/American Mexican food fan but due to my dad living Taco Bell I’ve been to this location many ones since I was a child and do not care to come here very often anymore. The service is usually slow and the food is always cooked by young high school kids who could care less about making it right. Almost every time I have I come back and tell them they missed my nacho sauce for the chips or made the taco wrong. Very annoying to do repeatedly through the past 10 years(don’t remember much before that). This is also in a very busy parking lot where often middle school and high school sports teams will come and essentially takeover Taco Bell, subway and Dairy Queen so if you are in a rush this Taco Bell may not be the place for you. And always double check that your order is right! Nothing worse than going home and realizing your order is all wrong and not being balky with what your eating and hard earned money paid for!

Wow… the employees are more interested in gossip than helping customers. Thought it was a fluke the fist time but obviously management is relaxed. Makes me wonder how relaxed they are with food safety.

I literally redownloaded this app just to write this review. I just went here tonight to pick up a later dinner. Some Mexican pizzas and a crunch wrap and a large drink. First off, the drink was probably the most consistent thing(the only thing that turned out right) which is sad. The staff was rude, lazy and looked, to be honest and not racist or whatever you keyboard warriors are going to call me, high as a kite. Each on of my Mexican pizzas looked disgusting when I got home and I didn’t even eat them. And my crunch wrap was cold as ice. And on top of everything else, they were slow as hell! The took 5 orders and we all waited 30 – 40 mins. Everyone else looked just as pissed as I was. Terrible service. Wish I could give a no star rating.

Really slow service but they usually make the food with more than average quality. They are typically polite.

Every time I’ve been here, they charge prices that are 50 cents to $ 1 more per item before taxes that what is posted on the overhead board. They have not cared at all when I point this out, so I am done giving business to this Taco Bell.

I went in 11÷15÷14 at 10:30 pm and just for 2 soft tacos to-go. I was on a road trip and started eating them both about an hour later(I’m aware that of course by then, it’d taste worse). As I took my very first bite I felt a hair in my mouth… Honestly thought it was my own because I have long dark hair, so I immediately pulled it out … and kept pulling … revealing a very long darkish thin blonde strand of hair covered in bits of cheese. I gagged and threw my whole order away, never again. Hope this won’t happen to anyone eating at the San Ramon location in the future.

It’s Taco Bell. You know what to expect. This place is clean and usually pretty quick. They don’t have a drive through, but hey, it’s ok to leave your car once in a while. Why the Four Star rating? I month or so ago, I saw the manager there talking to her employee in a kind and caring manner. I didn’t hear what the issue was, but the manager was offering advise to the teenage employee in a helpful manner. You don’t often see that, but it’s great to see it. Yeah, I’m a fan. Will I be back? Sure. Everyone loves tacos, especially when prepared by good folks. Well done.

Eh, this place defines inefficiency and lack of customer care. People move through the motions like they are weighed down. Guy at the cash register stopped helping me so he can respond to a text. People chatting instead of dealing with the backlog of orders. It’s further to the next TB on Village Parkway but the staff are responsive and the location is cleaner. From now on the other place will get my business.

The food is just like any other TBell, but I have to give a shout out to one of the employees, Arvind. Never met or seen the gentleman before I went in there the other night with my 3 young children. One of my sons was obviously upset about something(was crying a bit) over something that happened earlier in the evening, and I tried to cheer him up by telling him he could order whatever he liked. He didn’t want to, but as I was kneeling down trying to comfort him, Arvind walked over to us with a bag of churros and a smile, trying to cheer up my son(and he did!). Talk about customer service! I was so impressed that Arvind noticed and cared enough to do something about it. Way to go, Arvind!

do not buy anything from this Taco Bell. as soon as I got there I heard two three employees making racial comments about at least two specific ethnic groups. they seemed like they were on this topic just before I got there. one said every xxx(specific ethnic group) want everthing even a penny. the other goes, yeah they are worse than yyy. and so on. both were Asian ethnic groups. one of two employees were African American female and other seemed to be a Hispanic guy. I wanted to say something to their face but I decided not too as I don’t think it will change their biased world view. please don’t give them any business until some formal apology is made.

Not the most cheerful staff, but then again, would I be cheerful there? It’s quick and clean and convenient.

Now I’m not a huge fan of Taco Bell. I don’t hate it, but because of dietary restrictions I can’t have dairy so it’s hard for me to eat there. But my dad has Taco Bell almost everyday for lunch at work, and he says out of all the Taco Bells he’s been to this is by far the best one. Everytime we’ve gone in it’s always so clean! And the service is fast, and friendly! The only reason I knocked off a star is, because we went the other day, and they were extremely slow, and getting every order wrong. Typically when we come to this location the food is done before your even done getting your drink. This time we waited at least 10 mins, and every order of any size before ours, and after were missing some item. It must have been that someone new had just started, because I’ve never seen it like that at all before.

Obviously, a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell. No surprise there. Fast food is a roll of the dice sometimes, but we can all agree if we’re eating Taco bell, we pretty much know what we’re getting ourselves into. So this review is completely based on the service here. Which is phenomenal. Everybody here I talk to is super friendly, and every time I’ve been here, I’ve never had to wait longer then 5 min.(but I only go at night). One of my favorite Taco Bells. And it has a drive through! Which is an odd thing to boast about, but all the Taco Bells in this friggin area are walk-ins for some strange reason.

My husband is a huge Taco Bell fan. In fact, before we were together, he would eat at «The Bell» sometimes twice a day. When I came into the picture 5 years ago, I was able to wean him back to just work day lunches and an occasional weekend stop and now, once a week, he hits up a Bell for dinner on his late night from work. Me, well, I do eat here from time to time. Technically, I eat the TB about once per quarter though the husband would prefer it would be more often. There is a strange thing about the Taco Bell’s from Alamo through San Ramon. There are no drive-thru’s. This location is a few doors down from DQ(which we do visit just about weekly) and I could tell you all the good and bad for each location through the 680 corridor and this one ranges in the middle. It is small, often unkempt but the food has been consistant and the service has been anywhere from efficient to nice. Since our our new house(once we finally move in) is in between 2 different TB’s, the husband will have his choice and hopefully after all the house stuff is said and done I will be let off the hook on making a food run for him.

Okay, here is a huge tip if you didn’t figure it out for yourself: The Chalupa 2 dollar meal is the BEST value. GETTHAT. Since it comes with a soda and chips, all you need now is 2 taco supremes to get you full. That’s a whole delicious meal for under 5 bucks, HOLLA! People know I LOVE taco bell. And this store, my friends, is my flagship one since I’m from good olé San Ramon. I’ve been coming here since my CHS days. I used to leave campus before lunch began(to avoid the swarm of seniors leaving school) to rush over to Tbell and then return to class late. This was way before the $ 2 deals were available. When I got to college, the first thing I did was find the closest Tbell. I found one less then 3 miles away, HOLLA! Last summer, I think I had Tbell everyday until I got sick of it. And when I did, I ate at Jack in the Box… but I got sick off that way faster. So… back to Tbell I went. HOLLA!

12 tacos for 10 bucks! good idea? I think yes! Until you get home and the grease starts to settle. GOod thing I ordered from the fresca menu instead. BUDDY! friendly guy. If you dine in you may be surprisingly entertained by Buddy and his singing. BTW«he kissed a girl and he liked it» and he’ll «never say never» to 12 tacos. Food…was expected.
