My old favorite bagel shop had the most amazing cinnamon crunch bagels, but they closed. I got a coupon for this place and tried it out and their cinnamon crunch bagels taste exactly the same!!! Soooooooo amazing!!!

Such a cute little shop. I love this place because it’s close to my work and even during a crowded lunch hour, they get your order out quickly. Bagels and sand which ingredients are always fresh. They’re generous with the avocado. I’ve never had a bad sandwich here.

This place has thee worst service ever. The set-up in general is just nonsense. They take your order on a post-it which is fine but there’s no order. There’s post-its all over the place. I went in there when there was no line with one person a head of me. I started getting frustrated after 4 people got their order before mine(and they had multiple orders) and they ordered after me. Finanlly i paid but they still hadn’t even started my order. I waited again and watch 3 more people get their order. I asked when mine would be ready and they couldn’t even find the post-it note with My order on it. That was it. I asked for a refund. What a joke. I would hate to see how it is in there when it’s busy. Where’s a Bagel Street Café when you need it! Oh and. P. s… It’s over priced!

While out and about in San Ramon, I stumbled upon the Sunrise Bagel Café. Truth be told, I was desperate for some breakfast and it popped up on a Unilocal search. Nonetheless, I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and attentive. The café is very clean and the price is very fair. I ordered the lox and bagels, open faced. It it came out perfectly and was absolutely delicious. My bagel was well toasted(as ordered), tender and tasty. There was an abundance of lox over the perfect amount of cream cheese. The coffee was hot and I couldn’t be happier. Most places I go can’t quite get it right but the Sunrise Beagle Café delivers! .

A place that serves breakfast(or lunch) bagels and boba teas. My review is just for a breakfast bagel, and so far its pretty darn good. The Sunrise Breakfast Bagel comes with your choice of bagel(I chose Pumpernickel), meat(I chose ham), and a layer of scrambled egg/spinach/mushrooms. Served steaming hot and it was very good! The store is operated by friendly Asian folks. They put a nice twist by having limited types of boba teas in addition to coffee. Plus near the condiments they have Sriracha, which I think goes great with eggs. It was too early for boba for me so I just got the hazelnut coffee to wash down the breakfast sammie. Will definitely want to come back to try their other bagels.

Good place to grab a quality breakfast in the morning. In addition to the wide selection of quality bagels it had quite a few options for bottled juices and other drinks. I think this spot is a better option than the other chains in the area so stop by and check it out.

My absolute favorite bagel spot. I’ve gotten lox and bagel, tuna melt, pizza melt and the bagel dog. All and everything here is so good. They also make their own cream cheese.

A great bagel place in San Ramon. They also have a patio sitting, which makes it nice if weather in pleasant. I love the bagel lox. Place was clean, staff are very pleasant, service is fast and food is delish! Will definitely come back to try more items on their menu.

This place is DELISH! I was sad that my office was relocating to San Ramon, since I had to say good bye to all my favorite lunch spots, but now I have this. THIS. And this is everything. These bagels are everything. So good and fresh! I usually get the Veggie Avocado w/Cream Cheese. They load up on the veggies. Pretty much on the verge of veggie overload, but not. All the veggies are super fresh. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a wilted anything from there. I’ve only tried the jalapeño bagels, but I’m sure they’re all delicious. Plus, they have bagel dogs too! The staff was friendly and the place was clean, so a win win in my book. Literally doesn’t get any better for bagel sandwiches! I literally have to fight with myself to not eat here every other day, hahaa.

Review is solely for their specialty sandwiches. This place is awesome and one of my favorite go-to spots for brunch/lunch in the area for its taste/price value. I regularly come here to get a specialty bagel sandwich for lunch, a selection usually including avocado and/or bacon(Californian, Sunrise Club, Sunrise Special) since I love the mix of those ingredients combined with the thick bagel. The portion is pretty decent — it’s really filling and the size actually justifies the price. I have tried only one classic sandwich(Turkey & Cranberry) which was delicious as well, but it was with cold meat. Also, no pickle spear on the side?! For only about $ 1 more I’m definitely only picking Specialty Sandwiches from now on! The owners(a married couple) of this shop are pretty friendly as well. They have a large selection of menu items and bagels to customize. It’ll take me a while to get to try all of them especially for breakfast, but that just means I’ll keep coming back for more. :)

By far, my favorite bagel place! The owners are extremely genuine and know my family by name! I always order either the avocado veggie bagel or the Nova Lox and both are amazing! The blueberry scones are perfectly buttery and great to save for the next day’s breakfast :)

I have been here many, many times. My firm caters from here every now and then, as well. This place is incredibly consistent in its goodness. Would I eat here if my office wasn’t across the street? Probably not. But I am very glad it’s here in its humble, consistent goodness. That’s worth 5 stars to me. My salivary glands just became extremely active, but it’s 11:30PM. Now I’m hangry. My go-to’s: –Ham and cheese croissant(a popular item) –Ham eggwich on croissant –Veggie avocado classic sandwich lunch special –Pack of day-old bagels(dude don’t judge) –Regular homemade cream cheese –Bagel dogs(okay you can judge me for this one) In a vacuum, it’s on the pricey side. In context, it’s about right. It’s situated right across from two large office buildings, so the rent can’t be cheap.

A good place to go if you want to get your bagel on! Various types of bagels, with different sandwich options. You can get your bagel almost any style, with the breakfast styles leading the way. We got a couple of the breakfast bagels, which was with egg, cheese, bacon, with large portions! Definitely worth a try. The juices and waters are pricey, so i would stick to the food here— enjoy! Very good bagels(lot of variety), lot of smoothies, a huge list of options to load the bagel with. The best part is that the staff is friendly and not rushing. Definitely a good neighborhood shop for breakfast or brunch.

avocado veggie bagel sammich! aaaaaaamazing, thick, creamy, generous amounts of avocado, fresh sprouts and veggies. im not a huge fan of tomatoes in my sandwiches because they make for soggy bread and slippery accoutrements, but to each their own! great service, friendly staff, quick service though it seems to be packed in the morning and lunch hours.

This place actually serves very good bagels and has a fantastic selection of bottled drinks that pretty much will quench anyone’s thirst. The location itself is a bit secluded within the industrial part of San Ramon, but don’t let that fool you as this little place gets pretty packed and rightfully so. Have had a couple of items here, both based on the bagel and delicious. The everything bagel or the egg bagel are excellent choices, the garlic Parmesan is delicious but tends to stick on your breath, which isn’t all that great especially if you have an important meeting or something lol. Overall, for a bagel joint, this place is rather solid. Pros– Selection Drink selection Quality Taste Promptness Cons– Odd location Meh service Juices are pricey

What more can a person ask for? Fresh bagels and other baked goodies(bagel dogs, croissants, etc.), boba drinks and sandwiches for a reasonable price! The breakfast sandwiches are tasty. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches on an Asiago jalapeño bagel and croissant and boy were they filling. I ate half of the sandwich and was already feeling full. I have also visited the Bagel Street Café and it’s good as well but here I spent $ 5.00 for a breakfast sandwich where as over there I spent $ 8.00. That’s 150% more cost wise for the same good. Now why would I go and do that?!? In addition, it doesn’t get as busy as Bagel Street. Maybe because it’s kind of hidden in the back of the plaza. I probably wouldn’t even have known it was there but of course Unilocal helped me find this gold mine! Thanks to my always reliable handy dandy Unilocal

Just found my favorite bagel place in the San Ramon area. We have been to quite a few and Sunrise is by far the best. They even have bialys which i had no clue what it was until I ordered one with egg, cheese and bacon on if. Absolutely outstanding! I don’t think I can ever order any other style of bagel again after having one of these. I will be back very soon!

Haven’t had a bagel in a while, but didn’t feel so guilty about this one, because it was packed with avocado and fresh veggies. Super delicious. I’m also indulging in a green tea boba(with black tapioca balls that make it fun and chewy) and I’m glad I got the large. Supposedly it doesn’t have that chemically creamer powder in it that other places use to fake creaminess. To top it off, the courtyard patio under the trees, with a fountain, is truly an oasis on this blisteringly hot day.
