Usually have a good experience but the last 2 times I’ve had the«joy» of dealing with David at the register. Please find someone with personality and someone who at least acts like they care to be there instead of throwing down my cups after writing my name(s) and slapping down the bags after writing the name. If he could eye roll he would.

Very nice environment. I am able to be there a few times each week(I am committed to their fresh iced tea and addicted to their kind disposition). I appreciate how they work together to keep the line moving while at the same time being friendly. Pete’s is closer for me, but this Starbucks is better to me.

I’m currently sitting in this location and I have my headphones in and for the past 30 minutes minimum I’ve been listening to 3 employees complain about one specific employee. I don’t blame them for getting frustrated, that’s how it goes when you have coworkers. But already more than once I’ve looked up to find 2 other customers making eye contact with me and mentioning how innapropraite it is of how they’re talking about their own coworkers, and we’ve even said that it really makes us wonder what they say about us when we walk out the door. I’ve lived under a mile away from this location for over 10 years and this makes me want to avoid this location forever. So disappointingly unprofessional.

The visit I had at 5am was way more pleasant than my second visit I had at 2pm in the day. The early morning crew is awesome upbeat & actually makes your drink how it was requested. Thats the ONLY reason why the one star was given. I went last week to this location because its near work & I wanted a drink. I asked for extra caramel & whip. I received TWO drizzles of caramel &ONE spray of whip on top of a coffee slushy. I was not pleased to say the least. Im not sure IF it was because it was a busy day OR they don’t take orders right. Either way the customer should receive what they are paying for /ordering. I now go to another location that is somewhat out of the way for me but they give me excellent service with a great drink.

your standard starbucks, nothing really special with the drinks here, but the baristas are so friendly. i stopped by around 6p after a long day at work and a stop at the gym, and the staff was engaging, friendly, and paid great attention to making sure customers had a great experience with their service.

Wow. Kinda special how awful this was today. Just needed a quick landing while my family was up to something else, and it would up just being a terrible experience. The Yusef of the Michele V’s review strikes again with bad attitude, and lack of ability in the barista department. Which is his department. I don’t go to Starbucks that often, this pretty well cements it. I was so frustrated I called in the encounter to the Starbucks customer line(a little over the top? Agreed). Long story long, if you serve the wrong drink, don’t give attitude. When you do it wrong a second time, time to become even more apologetic… cause more attitude? Not a great plan. Oh and trying to convince me to ‘just take a sip and see if you like it?’ Uhh. No thanks. Not the drink I want, don’t need to convince myself. Third time wasn’t the charm, still a cappuccino fail, returned it for a refund. Thankfully they didn’t go any extra mile to give me free drinks in the future, which is lucky as now I won’t be tempted to ever go back.

They run out of stuff pretty regularly. No mango or strawberry smoothie. Got my daughter the sweet greens smoothie. She tasted it, made a face, refused it. I tried it, it was gross. Five bucks wasted. If they don’t have what you want don’t try the sweet green smoothie. Pure yuck.

Starbucks is great. I’ve been in over 300 Starbucks this year. This one is great. Lots of sitting space. The employees are friendly and the coffee is strong.

I am here to complain about the worst Starbucks experience yet. The same dude whom took my order attempted to make my drink. When I ordered he responded by saying«what is that» and had to turn around and look at the menu. Ummm it’s the drink that you are advertising everywhere in your store… The new Carmel Crunch Frap… did you not get the memo?! Anyway he spent a few minutes laughing about the drink order amongst his colleagues and then asking a girl behind me in line how to make it… Then wrote the cup and took my money. After 10 minutes and no drink I had to ask… and he said I remember writing your cup! Then tried to hand me someone else’s Frap that was melting and unclaimed. It was the wrong flavor and not decaf so I didn’t want it. Then I reminded him of what my drink order was, again. Another long convo ensued behind the bar about how it’s made and blah blah. Finally the Heavens open and my name is called. I look on the cup concerned and say thanks but to confirm this is decaf right? Because I don’t drink caffeine much and simply use coffee as a vessel for cream and sugar deliciousness. He gives me a frown and says no sorry I forgot that part. I literally am like COMEONDUDE. I ordered the drink you have advertised all over your whole store and my only customization is decaf… For $ 4.50 I should be warranted it… But nope. After 25 minutes I just literally bit my tongue and left the drink on the counter, never to return to that Starbucks again. What a disappointment!!! I didn’t even ask for a refund because I didn’t want to waste another 15 minutes of my life on the coffee I never got. You may be wondering why even give it two stars? Because during the whole debacle I did purchase and receive two vanilla steamers for my children and they were unharmed along the process. Update that this was the response the Starbucks Employee had for me, kind of hilarious: Yusuf M: Here’s a couple tips to keep in mind when you come into Starbucks 1. Instead of spending 20 minutes figuring out what you want, plan out the drink you want to get in advance by just going on the Internet… 2. Ask us to repeat the order to make sure everything is correct 3. Mind your own business about what the employees are talking about, don’t be one of those nosy customers The fact that you took to the time to write that review which has no relevance to any of us is sad and shows your character. It’s not the end of the world that your drink is made wrong… There are children worldwide dying from hunger and famine.

Not my favorite Starbucks, but the employees are always super nice! There is always a line, and to get your breakfast sandwiches it takes forever! So I don’t recommend coming to this location if your in a rush!

This Starbucks is really convenient. It has a lot of room inside, a large parking lot, and it has a nice food variety. A large parking lot might sound odd to put in a review but the other starbucks in the area have the smallest parking lots. sometimes you cant even find a spot, but there’s always room at this one, which comes in handy when your in a hurry.

I meet a friend here every couple months at 9am. It’s always packed. This Starbucks is not very big but it is conveniently located on the border of Dublin and San Ramon. Alcosta is a main strip. The folks have always been friendly. No complaint there. It’s just a little too packed in for my taste. They do have outdoor seating. And right off the iron horse trail if you’re looking to get the kids out on a bike and bribe them with vanilla milk… Ahem.

To top things off, the employees will not make eye contact, OR acknowledge your existence, while you are waiting politely to have the EMPTY creamer containers –many times three of them– filled, please!!! This is a location in a relatively dead shopping mall with no office business anywhere close that you would think would be bad for coffee business. However, seem to always be busy with wide spectrum of people on way to or from work, walking their dogs, or dropping off kids at school etc — always a polite client mix and the staff is always super. One of our favorite coffee stops.

I’m a Peetnick… so not a big Starbucks fan. To me if you want coffee… go to Peet’s, if you want a milkshake go to Starbucks. That said, I was in need of a close *laptop camper* spot near DGD the Youngers Pre School. I had taken her for pictures, and did not see the point in driving home in the hour I had left before I had to pick her up. I got a Carmel Machiato and a coffee cake, and parked myself for the duration. WiFi was great, and I soaked up some sun outside. Standard Starbucks issue, fast service, and peace were what I expected… and they delivered just that.

I have to be honest and say that Starbucks is not one of my favorite brands of coffee and I don’t get drip from there because I find it weak and a bit more bitter than I prefer. But that being said I’m still here at least once a week when I’m driving the carpool into work. Why is that? The morning crew. The morning crew at this location is excellent, they are cheerful and friendly at any time in the morning(considering some of the grumpy-gus they have to deal with early in the morning its amazing). They do a good job of working efficiently through long lines of people while still giving personal service. I love that even though I’m not there that often they know my name and what I drink. Putting drip and strait espresso aside they do a good job with all of the other standard drinks and provide consistant results. The place is always clean(though I’ve never been in the restroom so I can’t speak to that) which is really important to me.
