So far this has been my go-to Starbucks. No matter what I order it is just like I like it. I would take off a star for the way the parking lot is designed but I know that is no fault of Starbucks, so 5 stars is good from me. Just a tip, if when you first pull in from Amador, you don’t see a park, continue to the end and turn left — there is more parking over there, kinda hidden.

I hate when they don’t ask your name and someone who orders after you takes your drink and people are fighting for drinks in line. It also is frustrating when the drinks aren’t called out in a loud voice and everyone has to stand by the barista to grab their drink before someone else does. Crew here needs retraining.

I’m here right now. It’s November. The store is cold and so are the employees. I’m watching the barista continue to mess up orders and not apologize to customers. Tip: Don’t just walk away from the drink without saying a word. Or take it and don’t say a word. Smile and say the correct order will be up in a moment. He’s also very lazy and won’t write names on cups. So the customers are opening up drinks to see if they belong to them. Now that’s sanitary! Back across the street to get in my car and go. Parking wasn’t easy, either. Bye.

I accidentally forgot my laptop bag with my work laptop and a lot of important things, the store team was great to keep it aside and they called me using my business card in my bag. Thank you for saving me
