Very kind Doctor… I’ve never had to wait, she always takes a lot of time with me discussing any issues I have. Highly recommend!!!

Went to see Dr Riopolle for a routine pap. When I called to make the appt they told me they accepted my insurance. When I arrived they took a picture of my insurance card. The doctor sent me for a ultrasound for some problem she thought I had. The insurance said they wouldn’t pay for it, in their view it was unnecessary. After my follow up visit with Dr Riopelle her staff called and informed that they didn’t take my insurance after all. I had to pay cash for two visits and the hospital ultrasound. When I asked Dr Riopelles office manager for a cash discount since they had mislead me she threatened me with collections. I wonder if they do this to get cash payments instead of the smaller amount they get from insurance.

Dr. Riopelle is the BEST OB I have been to. Our whole family goes to her. She is super nice and so gentle. I had a horrible first Pregnancy with a 30 week delivery with another local Doctor. I trusted Dr. Riopelle in my 2^nd pregnancy and she was amazing! She was there for my 20 questions every step of the way. I went 7 weeks longer with her as my doctor for my son. I will always be thankful I met her. I recommend her to everyone I know!

I saw this doctor 3 times when I was pregnant with my first child back in 2009. I ended up switching to a midwife because she dismissed all my questions about natural childbirth. During the 3 visits I always waited a very long time in the consultation room and when I finally was able to see her, she would not seem interested in answering my concerns and providing answers to my questions.
