Thank goodness for Linda! If you are looking for an amazing trainer who will effectively whip you into shape, whether it be for you to lose fat and/or get strong, your search will end here. Hands down, Linda is THEBEST trainer I have ever worked with in all of Northern California! I’ve worked with other trainers before, and have even participated at Crossfit, but what makes her different from any other trainer is that 1) She genuinely cares about her clients and their fitness goals, and 2) She makes SURE that you are able to get the best workouts, with the right amount of intensity(and it varies with each person), SAFELY. She knows what she’s doing as your trainer, even when you don’t. Because of her, I not only reached my fitness goals, I went beyond them. Thank you Linda!

Jason nailed it in his 5 star review, so I’m going to sound redundant, but it is important to get a variety of voices. Linda is laser sharp at analyzing your physical condition and goals, and crafting and implementing compatible exercise plans. She is incredibly professional and well educated, but also seems to have that rare touch — a natural as a professional trainer. She will get you to push much harder than you would on your own, perfect your form during every exercise, and develop core muscles that you never knew you had.(I see now that my prior experiences with«trainers» were absurdly simplistic and cookbook by comparison.) Very highly recommended.

Let me start by bragging about Linda for a second: She was the 5th highest ranked personal trainer for Crunch in 2010(out of almost 300 nationwide). That, my friends, is no accident. As a former D1 athlete(CU — Track and Field) I’ve had the chance to work out with some extraordinary coaches and trainers. With her incredible work ethic and focus on continued education, Linda is destined to be operating at their level — and in many ways she already is. Once she assesses your current status and fitness goals, she tailors a program for you that blends tried-and-true basic/power exercises with modern techniques for developing strong core balance and stability. She is down to earth and always has a positive attitude, and if I’m having a bad day she will create a workout on the spot that suits my mood and leaves me feeling energized. I have also learned a ton from her about diet and nutrition, which are very important to me. Whether you are out of shape and looking to get back on track, or you are already an athlete and you are looking to take yourself to the next level, I highly recommend that you give Linda a try. You won’t be disappointed.
