I had personal restorative yoga training with Sam. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis so I needed guidance. She is gentle but firm. She helped me learn the poses to help me stretch and strengthen my body. The one on one training is the best way to go. If you are looking for healthy support, Samantix is the way to go!

I’ve worked with many personal trainers over the past 15 years and wanted everyone to know about the great experience I had with Samantha Rodgers. A friend of mine referred me to Samantha after we discussed training together for a couple of cycling road races this summer.
I’m very selective with who I work with as a personal trainer because, like many of you, I’m very short on time (with work, family, and other commitments), and believe I know a lot about how best to get in shape. I look for personal trainers who can do two things: a) teach me a better way to achieve my goals, and b) show me a more efficient way of using my time to achieve those goals.
I trained with Samantha for 8 weeks and she helped me get into competitive training shape. I dropped 12 lbs while adding strength, endurance, and flexibility. For many of us «weekend warriors» who were in sports through the collegiate level and are still committed to staying in shape, Samantha is a great coach and trainer.
She is an athlete herself, understands the dedication and commitment required to compete and win in athletics and takes the time to understand your personal goals, why you’ve chosen them, and offers advice to augment them. She then builds a personal development program that will have you pushing yourself beyond what you thought possible in a specific period of time. Samantha is very creative and will work within your time and schedule limitations to help you reach your goals.
As they say, the results speak for themselves. In 8 weeks, Samantha helped me take my game up a couple of notches — more than I thought possible. I was very impressed and will be training with her again.
I recommend Samantha to any weekend warrior types in their 30s, 40s, or 50s that are looking to get back into shape or to move from «good shape» to «competitive shape». Samantha can take you where you want to go! :)
