It has taken me almost 2 years of problems with this location to write a review. This is the worst Dominos. The pizza tastes as usual, just like any other Dominos. However, the service is horrible. If you want a delivery expect to wait at least an hour and a half. Take out is just as bad. Several times we have been told it is the busiest day of the year. First it was Halloween then the Super Bowl. Now it’s Oscar Sunday. The app never agrees with them so that leads me to believe that either the pizza sits around waiting for someone to deliver it longer than an hour or the app is useless. Overall, never ordering again from this place.

I used to absolutely love this location, and I still really want to. Years ago my family would order pizza and it was awesome. At some point, a recipe must have changed or something because my family hated it, along with almost everyone else I knew. I continued to love it. The spread that goes on the crust was amazing and I love the sauce on the pizza. For 5 years I didn’t order from here because my family disliked the pizza. In the past month I tried again, and The last three times is what have surprised me the most. The first time I ordered the pizza, it was amazing. If I could have that pizza again I would. The second time I ordered pizza, it was very thin, gross and the toppings were few and far between. The delivery said 45 minutes and I waited an hour and 25 minutes. It was national pizza day, so I understood that it would be busy and did not let that experience effect me. This last and final time is what made me kinda sad. The crust was very thin and there was not much to it. The breading is usually perfect and fluffy, but recently it’s been paper like. I really really would like to continue to be a customer of this location because I love the tomato sauce and the spread, but I am starting to think I may need to try somewhere else now. Round table?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve ordered pizza from this location about 10 times and each time it becomes worse. This most recent time, food was delivered Incomplete as it has been almost every order but this particular time the order was cold and the pizza was soggy and cheese was not the gooey look it looked like it had been sitting over 25 mins. We called to check the status of our order because it seemed it was taking longer than expected and they immediately put my call on hold w/out greeting and left me there 2 mins till I called back and they did it again. My husband had to call back and check status because I was tired of being left on hold. When ordering the parm bites, it asks if you want any dipping sauces on the side(we are charged for it), and everytime they charge us but never bring the marinara. Most recently the delivery guy informed me it must be a glitch in the system and were apologetic(this has happened 4 times now) so I updated the delivery instructions to ensure that we received the items we were charged for. And AGAIN, the dipping sauces were not brought. Customer service goes a long way. Although they’re nice for the most part, when u have shitty service it outweighs it all. Needless to say, I will no longer be placing orders from this location.

My brother was here visiting from northern California. They have a really yummy dominos in their area and they figured let’s check out Dominos in San Ramon. Big mistake. They had to throw the entire pizza away. It came totally soggy on top, the water basically dripped off into the garbage as if it had been sitting too long in the box and the steam had condensed into water droplets and totally made the pizza soggy. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Bottom line: if you want the worst pizza in this area, enjoy being treated like shit, appreciate when companies don’t honor their advertised specials, and are a fan of all around general incompetence, choose this Dominos location. I have absolutely had it with this location. The online ordering system for this location is completely broken. I live less than 3 miles away, just past the Safeway, but apparently I’m «outside the delivery area» according to their online system. I guess you have to live across the street to be in their delivery area? In the past, this wasn’t a big deal. While inconvenient, I would just have to call in and they would confirm that yes, 3 miles is indeed in their delivery area, and they would take my business. But today, I called in and said I wanted the $ 5.99 spec-«WEDONTDOTHATYOUHAVETOPLACEYOURORDERONLINE». I didn’t even get a chance to finish my sentence before I was spoken over. I attempted to calmly explain that I tried to place an order online but it wouldn’t let me and that if you check my delivery history you would see that I’ve placed«ITDOESNTMATTERWEWONTHELPYOUUNLESSYOUPLACEYOURORDERONLINE» Again, spoken over rudely by whoever was on the phone. You won’t help me? I just told them to forget it I’ll take my business elsewhere. They wanted to charge me $ 13.50 per medium pizza as opposed to $ 5.99, which is their advertised special price and apparently can only be honored through online ordering because, technology and shit, right? Let’s be honest. Dominos pizza is the worst pizza you can get in this area, but the price can’t be beat IF their specials are honored, which apparently they aren’t. If I’m going to pay that much, I’d rather drop a couple extra bucks for Mountain Mikes or Round Table. I won’t have to talk to an inconsiderate asshole, I can place my order online, get better pizza, and their specials will actually be honored. Also, Mountain Mikes and Round Table are more than a mile further away than Dominos, yet somehow have managed to figure out how to deliver to me. I can only assume they have mastered teleportation, because Dominos is closer and absolutely cannot deliver to me due to the incredible 2.7 mile distance between myself and their location.

Ordered online for delivery, it’s been over an hour and half since I ordered and an hour and 15 mins since the«tracker» said it was done cooking. Tried calling and they don’t answer the phone no matter how long I let it ring! URRGGHHH! Can’t even cancel the order because they won’t answer the phone after about 10 attempts to call!

My pizza always comes out great. My pastas have been a little dry at times and the cinnamon bread isn’t that great. Great customer service too. I will definitely order again!

If I could give 0 stars I would– I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from this location with jalapeños and green peppers for delivery. When the pizza came it was a simple pizza with chicken, jalapeños & green peppers… they forgot the buffalo sauce on the pizza! When I called to let them know I ordered a BUFFALO chicken pizza not a regular pizza, the manager of the store replies back saying don’t worry about it we will send you a buffalo sauce– throw it on the pizza! R u serious??! I will never order from them again!

Finally decided to leave a review after a third incident at this location in which the order was delayed by over an hour. Placed a *carryout* order at 4:50pm, tracker indicated 12 – 27 min till it would be ready. Arrived at 5:30 and was told the pizza was in the oven by the cashier(which I later realized was a lie) and would be ready in 8 – 10 min. Walked out with my pizza at 6:30pm, 1 hour and 40 minutes after the order was placed, again, carryout. Despite having 3 ovens, only 1 was running the entire 1 hour I was waiting there. Biggest issue wasn’t the delay but the following: 1. Cashier lying about the order being almost ready, knowing only one oven was running and the huge backlog of orders. 2. Cashier lying to other customers about the wait time. A woman walked in and asked to place an order, cashier mentioned it would take 20 – 25 min because of the long list of orders. I left 45 min after she placed her order and she was still there, no idea for how long. 3. Tracker indicating pizza was ready 20 min after placing order. Not sure how their software works but I assumed that the actual location would be giving feedback to the system to let customers see the real-time status of the order, in that case the store was purposely manipulating the tracker to(incorrectly) show that the order was ready. 4. They screwed up one of my pizzas so half of my order was ready at 6:05, and in order to fix it they decided to take a pizza from someone else’s order(a pepperoni), throw on mushrooms to accommodate mine, and toss it in the oven for a few minutes(second time this has happened at this location). So at 6:45 when I was finally able to eat dinner I had one hot pizza and one nice and cold. If you still decide to order from this place, DONOTPAY for the pizza until you receive your pizzas so that it’s easier to walk away after they make you wait for an hour or so. For online orders be sure to select the«pay at store» option as well. Also, previous order with this place took just as long and they also screwed up a pizza. Ordered a pep-mushroom and received a pep-olives. Luckily I saw this before leaving and told them about the issue. Their«solution» was to handpick the olives out, throw on mushrooms and put it back in the oven for a few minutes. I knew this because all the mushrooms were scattered trying to hide the leftover olives they couldn’t remove. Don’t know why I came back to this location but lesson learned, never again. I’ll be heading to the Pizza Hut just a few more minutes down the road if I need the cheap pizza fix, never had a bad experience there.

I really don’t know why this place has 2 ½ stars. Every visit I had the pizza was freshly made and the cashier(girl with black hair and chest tattoo) was really friendly and accommodating and even told me about their special for $ 5.99 large pizza(last day was today). Got home and devoured the large pizza all to myself. Garlic White Sauce with Pepperoni and mushrooms. I will be back!

The online ordering wasn’t working so I called in. Only to have the guy tell me to get the deal I have to order online, then hangs up on me. I don’t care how busy it is or how much you hate your job, you don’t treat people like that. Dominos is slowing turning into Little Caesars

After two separate incidents with this particular Dominos location, I will no longer be ordering from this company. Outside of being told a specific wait time and showing up to the location to find myself waiting for an additional forty minutes, I was also accused of stealing an order that had already been paid for online when the order was placed. When my husband submitted a complaint to the corporate office in regards to me being called a thief, they simply banned his email from future orders and promotions. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company as a whole has handled this situation. A simple sorry would have been more than enough to sooth the situation. I have told numerous people, friends, family, and even strangers, to never order from this company ever again and I will continue to do so. If I could have given them negative or no stars, then I would have.

If I could give negative stars I would! — called in at 8:15 — was told 40 – 45 minutes — called at 9:27 no pizza still — was then told I ordered at 8:30 — iPhones record times that you call! It was 8:15 — but hey let’s say it was 8:30 it’s still over an hour an no pizza as he was still over 20 minutes away at that point… Then he argued time with me by the manager when ask to cancel and refund as I still did not have our dinner — kids are now in bed… Was then yelled at again«fine, I refunded your order» and hung up on me. Ok — so after being treated unbelievably rude and told I ordered at 8:30(which my call history doesn’t lie) our pizza just showed up — it’s 10:00 really! Not a mathematician but that is not even close to 45 minutes… We refused the pizza as I am sure it was probably cold and the everyone is now in bed… I felt bad for the driver — it’s not his fault! Good luck with you business! We will never go back.

They are good. Pretty fast and the pizza is really good. I usually customize the pizza. My wife’s vegetarian so I order the pizza with no meat. You gotta try the white sauce instead of the tomato sauce which they usually have.

You know this has to be the worst Domino’s in the Bay Area when the manager admits I was lied to and it does not bother him. A good indication of what to expect from this Domino’s. With so many pizza options in San Ramon please avoid Domino’s. While the sandwiches were hot the pizza was luke warm at best. Plus when you call to complain the manager, Nas doesn’t care and openly tells me I was lied to. Very unapologetic and no offer to «make it right». I feel sorry for the staff and drivers when a manager throws them under the bus rather than take responsibility and try to fix problems. With any luck Nas will either not be the manager long or maybe this Domino’s will just disappear.

Ordered pizza at 5:30. It is 7:11 and I am at the location still waiting. Be advised that this location gets busy so they cannot handle the load. Be prepared. Need to re-engineer the workflow to make it less painful on customers. Not how I planned on spending my evening. However you get what you pay for. A pizza for the cost of a whopper.

This review is specifically for the ultimate chocolate dessert, found only at Domino’s Their Chocolate Molten Cake Just a bit crunchy on the outside, gooey-molten on the inside cake — that has a chewy brownie-like flavor & consistency — it’s decadence at its finest! Mom turned me onto these babies & when she first tried to get me to taste it, I was skeptical to say the least… but 1 little bite & I’m a believer! They were still warm by the time we brought them home… or… you can also store them in the fridge & nuke it for 8 – 10 sec to get that delish molten-quality back What other molten cake can you say THAT about?! Thanks to you, Domino’s, for reinventing yourselves, offering menu items you wouldn’t expect to find at a pizza joint & excelling at chocolate nirvana!
