On Wednesday I was calling places to fill an order for winter wonderland sugar cookies for my daughter’s ice skating birthday party. I got a reply within a few hours of the type of items she could design with short notice and the cost. I asked for the invoice and made a payment by the end of the night and waited for my requested pickup day of Saturday to roll around. Thursday I got a texts saying the cookies could be delivered for no extra cost on Friday. PERFECT.
When I arrived home I found the most beautiful cookie filled gift box with cookies that were too pretty to eat.
They were a hit at the party and adults and kids alike raved about the look and taste.
Thanks for such a beautiful favor to top of the party with great customer service.

I am with Caroline S. I can’t say enough positive things about Maria. However, I hope all the positive words don’t make her so busy she is not available for me. Yeah, selfish, I know. I knew immediately she was extrodinarily talented from looking at her work on her Facebook page. However, I couldn’t tell how yummy all her items would be and how easy she would be to work with planning all the goodies for my son’s birthday party. The cake especially was so adorable! I got so many compliments on everything she prepared. I will update my review with photos once I get them from the photographer. I added one casual one showing some of the cake but it does not do it justice.

I’m really torn about writing this review because I’m afraid that Maria is going to get so busy I won’t be able to work with her again! In short, she is fabulous. I recently had a birthday party for my son and had her make cookies and cake pops and she nailed it on design (the cutest things ever), taste and outstanding customer service. She made me feel as if I was her only customer and she was a complete sweetheart. I’ve worked with several bakers and she is on par with the high end «professional» pastry artists but without the price tags. She has now become my go to lady for parties and events. Love her!!!

I was looking for a custom cookie baker near the Dublin/San Ramon area that could do an order of Magic Mike theme (male torso with bow tie) cookies for a bridal shower and boy am I glad I found Bigmama! The cookies turn out so awesome! I received so many compliments at the party and the bride-to-be loved them. Maria from Bigmama was so easy to work with and had great ideas like making 3 different skin tones for the cookies and the packaging that the cookies came in were beautiful! Easy transaction and pickup. Check out the pictures! I highly recommend Bigmama’s for your next event. I would definitely order from Maria again!

Maria’s talent is extraordinary! I didn’t have a theme for my son’s first birthday and we had a great discussion about ideas and likes. She is creative beyond the imagination. Maria over delivered on every aspect of his smash cake and cupcakes. Not only did it look great but it tasted good too!
Big Mama’s Sugar Cookies will be my go to bakery! Maria delivered all baked goods on time with a smile and glowing personality! I will be a repeat customer and pass her info along to family and friends!
