Had a great experience here! Great juice selection and the staff was super friendly. I travel to the east bay for work about twice a month, and I’ll be coming back here for sure.
I’m in from out of town and left my mod at home. Went in to just buy a starter kit to get me by, but ended up spending an hour or so talking with Murray, discussing mods, juices, and just shooting the breeze with him and a vendor who happened to be in the shop (Nick). Because I flew in and didn’t want to stock up on wire, cotton, etc. that I didn’t need Murray put a build in the tank I bought and made sure it worked before I left. Nice dude and incredibly helpful.

Really cool shop. Murray is an awesome guy. He’s patient and answered all of my question. They have great flavors and you can try as many as you like. Bring your own dripper to really see what the flavor will be like. since the tester tanks they have tend to mute the flavor and cloud production

Murray is awesome! He helped me pick out my first vape, and I’m still obsessed with it. I’ll stop in every week or so to try some new juices. The staff is always patient and let’s you try so many different flavors, the even will throw in their own suggestions!!!, without making you feel pressured to purchase (which I always do anyways).

Came in for the first time today and to sum it up in one word: awesome! Nick was extremely friendly and patient in answering all my questions. They have a wide selection of new juices and you’re welcome to sample any of them. No pushy salesman here trying to rip you off on the latest fad. Just quality juices and service. I’ll definitely be a returning regular here.

After reading the reviews I decided to try this shop and buy my first set here. I was not disappointed, the shopkeeper took the time to explain each product including their pros and cons for my needs. After I made my selection, he took the time to help me find tasty liquids and explained the instructions for my product in detail. I’ve had no trouble at home using the product and I’m very happy with the selection I made. I will for sure be back when I need a refill!

This place is awesome and is by far my favorite vape shop in the Bay Area. I just moved back here from Vegas and it’s nice to see store with outstanding customer service, pricing and a large variety of e-​juices.
I bought an Athena box mode from them, which I ended up not liking, so the guys at Bay Fog allowed me to exchange it for the Aspire Odyssey kit the next day, no problem. I appreciated that they understood my reasoning and didn’t hesitate to make me a happy customer. Furthermore, their product knowledge about the mods and the juice was extremely helpful and the overall atmosphere of the shop is clean, professional and very welcoming.
If you have a chance to stop in, I suggest you do.

Was talking with a friend on the drive there about how the Bay Area lacks in high quality vapor shops and wish there was a place I enjoyed supporting. most of them are alright but only have a selection of juices that are cheap or the owners personally like. This place had juice from all over the country, tons of brands I was used to and MANY brands I had never heard of:)

Went here on day 1 and have been back almost everyday since. Best prices and variety ranging from more affordable low end to high end products. Customer service is out of this world too, great knowledgable people working there and the owner Nick is always available to help you out and answer questions.
