Alcosta Chevron

Super clean woman’s bathroom! And fragranced nicely.
So clean, I thanked them when left! THAAAANK YOU (again)!

I go to this gas station all of the time and when the weather is nice I always get the most expensive car wash and leave happy with a clean car. Today after I filled my tank I clicked the most expensive one and went through like I always do. But the blue cleaning bristles never went off to actually clean my car. When I went inside and nicely asked if the machine wasn’t behaving that day because the bristles never went off to clean my car and now I am left with a dirty car, is it malfunctioning right now? Can I get a credit to come back or a code to go through it again? He was very rude and said I already got the wash I will have to pay in full again and that the manager will be in on Monday. So I paid 10 $ and have a dirty car. Save your money and go somewhere else like the SHELL across the street where they actually appreciate your business.

Nice gas station with a car wash center. I recommend the 10 dollar wash. You can get a dollar off if you get 8 gal of gas atleast ! Nice little car wash if your in need of s fast quick wash! Doesn’t do that best Job drying but most these car washes don’t!
Be Aware that when your done and driving your car out having it get dried, if there is a car behind you and drives in there water will get on that back of your car! They need to make this car wash not work for next car up until the car ahead is fully done!!!
I have had that problem a couple time and it’s horrible to pay to get tori car cleaned and then it comes out with water spots

Do not do the executive car wash if you have bird shit on your car. It will not remove it. It was the worst 8 dollars I could have ever spent.

This is by far the worst Chevron in the world. After waiting in line for a car wash that would not except my credit card and stole my two dollars. I tried to get a refund inside only to be told that they would not give me back my money and I would have to wait in line again and pay for the car wash inside. I will never use another Chevron station again in my life after this experience. Shell is now my go to station for gas.

Since they have remodeled this Chevron it seems to be crowded all the time. They did increase the number of pumps and put in a fancy car wash, but it’s just another gas station. The store has been expanded some and the pay at the pump is a nice feature.
But for the love of all that does not suck, please stop piping in that adult contemporary music. People have a hard enough time trying to figure out how to operate the pump.
Will I come back? Of course I will.
