Bob and Fran helped me purchase my first home in 2010. Their knowledge, experience, communication styles, interpersonal skills, and overall excellence made what could have been a very frustrating and stressful experience a lot easier to go through. They did a wonderful job at keeping me educated regarding the process at every phase and kept it honest so I knew what to expect and wasn’t caught off guard. Even after I closed on my home, Bob and Fran still continued to provide me with a wealth of information and are extremely resourceful. Oh, and Fran makes the best candy. The Donlans helped me buy my first condo in SF in late 2008. Given the difficult financial markets the transaction was not easy — the seller was skittish and financing was scarce. The Donlans worked every angle to close financing ahead of schedule. Price negotiations were tenuous but Franny worked her magic to make sure the final price was fair. We closed in under 30 days. I could not recommend a more attentive team — everyone worked hard on my deal — attention to detail, documentation, negotiation, financing, etc. High praise for a job well done.

Fran, Bob and Colleen are awsome. I bought a home in Marin last summer. They were very helpful in leading me to the right property. They understood my needs and what I wanted and more importantly what I did not want and what it meant when I said something that seemed perfect for me on paper just wasn’t RIGHT. They took me through the entire process and were with me every step of the way. If I ever need a realtor again I would call them instantly. I highly recommend them.
