Marin Courier Express

Having never utilized a courier service in the past, I was a bit unsure of how things were supposed to go. Did I have to drop off the package somewhere? How long would it take to arrive? When do I pay?
I needed a delivery from San Rafael to Orinda and my timeline was extremely tight, so I decided to give Marin Courier Express a call. The phone was answered right away, and the gentleman who picked up identified himself by name (which I unfortunately have forgotten) as well as the name of the company, which I appreciated. There’s nothing more awkward than calling a small business and just getting a simple ‘hello?’ on the other end of the line.
Getting a quote was quick and easy, and the price seemed reasonable (rates are posted on the company’s website). I was delighted to learn that they would pick up the package from my location, so I just had to sit tight while the driver was en route. I received an ETA of 20 minutes, but it was more like 30, though the driver apologized for the late arrival. Payment was made by credit card through SquareUp, which was easy and efficient.
The package made it to Orinda on time and without any hiccups. I don’t often have the need for a courier when I am in Marin, but if I ever do, Marin Courier Express will be the first company I call.

Recently opened an office in San Rafael and needed to find a new courier. Marin Courier Express was fast, professional, reasonably priced and reliable. I will definitely use them again.

Needed a package brought down from Corte Madera to the City and found these guys and I’m glad I did. More than fair price and excellent service. They were quick to respond to my needs and worked around my schedule. Would definitely use again and as a first time user they gave me a $ 5 Peets Coffee gift card to boot!
