Me: «Oh, I was under the impression that this was the one Taco Bell in the Bay Area that inexplicably doesn’t work with the app.»
T.Bell Manager: «That’s true. We don’t accept the app.»
Me: «Ok. .. so how am I supposed to use my phone to pay?»
T.Bell Manager: «I guess you can’t»
It’s apparent that the owners/​operators don’t care about creating a nice experience for their customers, so it’s hard to care back.

Ohh man… I know there mostly in HS but damn most of them are pretty dumb. No offense… so many freaking weirdos sitting around… you gotta double check orders and you have to wait for a while… repeat my order and then you forget 1 order lol… you have to have a great day to go in there cause its a disaster zone inside… lol if ur in a funk of a mood they definitely wont make ur day better it will just add on top of the. worst day ever. Lol they are very nice but damn slow as hell.

Ordered chalupa. 3 hours later i’m throwing up my lungs and giving my colon some unpleasant exercise. Food poisoning for 3 days which caused me to miss a school exam which caused my professor to flip out on me. Never eating here again!

This Taco Bell is pretty overpriced. It gets three stars from me because it has a «free drinks trick». At the drive through they always have the following hand off– they first give you the drinks, then they take the money, then give you the food, I think it’s part of their training. So if you want a free Mountain Dew, all you have to do is order a bunch of food along with a Mountain Dew, then just drive off when they ask for the money.

I don’t know how 2 Doritos Locos tacos translates to 2 crispy potato soft tacos. I didn’t check my order unfortunately and didn’t have time to drive back to get the correct items. I will be checking my order now each time, for all those impatiently waiting on me I apologize. Blame the staff who can’t get the orders correct. By the way those potato tacos are disgusting; who puts potatoes and mayo on tacos? I had to put 4 packs of hot sauce in them to make them edible.

I guess being in an affluent community I should expect higher prices but at a Taco Bell? A standard fast food place? Is there gold in their burritos? Why am I paying this much for a freakin taco.
They also messed up my order. Chicken, I clearly stated chicken, yet still got beef. There is obviously plenty of chicken back there since they serve KFC food too!
