You know I understand possibly working in an environment in which customers are impatient can be stressful but the service I received was definitely rediculous. Not only did my order get 100% messed up, but I waited for my food for 10min… and I was the only one in line… than the guy at the drive thru was so rude when all I said after I tasted my drink was I wanted a Coke. Like you messed up my order why get mad due to the fact you have to fix it. So in San Rafael we have to pay a premium because in every other city it’s a dollar less. So you would expect to get better service or at least a good experience. I’m not saying you have to love your job because trust me if I worked as a fast food employee I would probably hate it to. But understand that that is a job you applied for and wanted and treat your customers with respect and curtsy. Never again going there smh

9 times out of 10 something is missing from our order and since we always take it to go, it’s on us. Having to inventory your food at the counter is beyond ridiculous.

This KFC went above and beyond. I had a big event and we needed about 700 buckets of chicken. KFC was so awesome, they arranged for 3 different stores to assist in making our order. Not only did they have no problem accommodating our order, they rented a truck and delivered all 700 buckets of chicken to our event. They were even early with the delivery. They waited patiently while we unloaded everything which took about an hour. Hazel from KFC’s S.F. office was instrumental in arranging everything. She was awesome and so accommodating. There was a snafu early on in the ordering stage but she worked with us to get through it and everything turned out great because of her.

We noticed that some of the food and sodas tasted strongly of soap… Fast forward to present time and we both are nauseous and have major headaches. I called to inform the manager and it didn’t seem like my complaint was taken very seriously. I got a half hearted apology but no real concern was shown. Here’s to hoping I don’t get even sicker from eating here!

We generally like going to KFC but our recent visit to the San Rafael store was disgusting. I have never seen such a filthy restaurant in my life and we often eat out. The dinning room floor was trashed with old food and waste everywhere. The table we sat at had no less than a bag full of garbage below it. Table top and seats were also filty & sticky. When my wife returned from the bathroom she reported the same thing, FILTHY… Before leaving I used the men’s room and it was the same, a filthy disgusting mess. The trash can looked like it hadn’t been emptied in days with trash running all over the floor. The walls, toilets, floor, door and everything else was totally sickening. PUKE on top of the men’s urinal and human waste on the floor all around the toilet stall. I have never seen anything quite like this and couldn’t believe anyone could run a store in this manner without being shut down by the health department. I could only imagine what the kitchen must of looked like, it made me sick just thinking about it and the food I just ate. Keep yourself and family safe, it’s a health risk, AVOID this place.

Pretty poor execution for a Taco Bell. Maybe the KFC menu distracts from speed and food quality. Extremely slow. Definitely not faster to go inside vs. waiting in drive through line. Find another TB.

It’s Taco Bell and KFC. Two great tastes that taste great together! The staff is friendly and the establishment is modern /well kept. They do need to do a few repairs(a seat cushion needs replacing) but other than that they’re peachy.

What happened? This place had good fast service a year ago. Now for the 2nd time in a week, they don’t say thank you, they are especially slow(people all around me grumbling about how long it’s taking) and they got my order wrong. Needs new management. Place really sucks and is way too slow.

REALLY dirty inside. Went in with the family for a little KFC fix at noon. Place was empty except one guy buying bucket of chicken. After realizing the floor was more sticky than any movie theater and the tables and booster seats were just the same we touched as little as possible and headed right back out the door. Just Nasty!

Michael Pollan who? Popped inside ’cause the drive-thru line was long. Not a good idea. Even though there was a guy sweeping the floor, the place looked dirty. Found that the entire menu(KFC and Taco Bell) had calorie counts posted beside each item. Buzz-Kill! Ordered 1 Honey BBQ snacker off the KFC Value Menu: * 210 Calories * 97 cents(tax included) It was delicious. I did not die from it.

Management is ridiculously rude, unprofessional, and absolutely no customer service. Training must be provided to staff here ASAP! During Oprah’s promotion of free grilled chickens, they obviously weren’t prepared and ran out of chickens & turned all customers away. But before that, we had to sign-up for rainchecks to receive a coupon for«Oprah’s promotion» in the mail, which takes about a half a year to receive them. Once received, the coupons were only valid for one week or so and limited to 2 pcs. of teeny-weeny grilled chicken(manager’s choice), 2 sides, a biscuit & med. soft drink. The biscuits were hard as rocks and sides were cold, so I guess manager’s choice is picking out of the leftovers hmmmm??? Not sure if the chickens we got were really chicken or scraps. Too bad I can’t rate below one star; otherwise, I would. Never go back here… soon to shutdown like every other fast food chain in Marin ~ wishful thinking!

This Taco Bell/KFC is extremely unfair. I was in line at the drive thru and as the car in front of me placed an order and I pulled up to the order machine they said they were closed. I was forced to wait to leave behind the guy in front of me as he waited for his order. It was incredibly infuriating and I looked in the window as to ask WHY they couldn’t take one more order, they ignored me. How rude!

This is a revamped KFC and it is now a KFC-Taco Bell. I have already posted a review under the KFC, but felt the need to inform the Unilocaling public of the possibility of have a taco supreme or zesty nachos with you bucket’o’chicken and cole slaw. To make it short; one of the nastiest(food) wise of Taco bells I have been to.

This KFC seems to be pretty dirty whenever I come here. Leftover garbage on the tables, litter in the parking lot. There is a buffet option at this KFC, although I don’t really know if I can trust the food that’s been in that old buffet cart for a while.
