Horrible! I ordered some air Jordan’s black on black on black for my birthday and the cashier never ordered them! Or ordered them wrong! Whatever. He told me they should be about two weeks. After about two weeks I called and they weren’t there. The manager told me it was ordered wrong(I honestly think they were never ordered). He said he could order them again and they would be about a week, and that he would personally call me, or give me a refund. I decided to have him order them again because I really wanted the shoes. After a week I didn’t get a call. I waited a couple more days and still nothing!!! I was patient with them, I really was. When I went to get my refund and asked the cashier how he was doing, he said«I just want to go home.» This is some the worst customer service I’ve ever felt with! Do not come here unless your COOL with the management and or getting f***ed over. F this place!

I had a really bad experience at the Northgate Shiekh recently. I had never been in the store before and I will never go again if I can help it. The two employees(both male) could barely be bothered to help me and my son. Their(female) friend was loudly playing a video on her phone and the employees spent much more time hanging out with her and watching the video than they did helping my son try on his shoes. I had to practically shout to get their attention every time I needed to ask them something. And the video they were watching featured several f-bombs that my 10-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter really enjoyed. I’m not super-picky when it comes to customer service but this was really bad. I really didn’t want to give that store my money but my kid needed some shoes and they were the only store that had the ones he wanted.

I went into this store on Monday because I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and received a damaged pair. I wasn’t even sure I would be able to exchange them in the store because in the past with other companies when I’ve ordered online I’ve had to send the merchandise back vs return in a store. Ruben helped me. He was very sweet and helpful. He checked the back but unfortunately they did not have the shoes I had ordered. He made a couple calls and had them shipped to the store. It’s now Wednesday only two days later and I am happy to announce I got a call letting me know my shoes were in. I now have my pretty new shoes and I’m so happy I didn’t have to deal with sending them back and waiting for a new pair to arrive on my porch. I know that probably would have taken at least 2 weeks and I’m not a patient girl when it comes to waiting on shoes. Thanks Ruben for being so helpful!

I’m afraid that my customer service experience at this store has been horrible and I’m hard pressed to go back. I received a pair of shoes for my birthday and they are the wrong size. Seems simple to exchange, right? WRONG! BUYERBEWAREIFYOUWANTTOEXCHANGE. I have the receipt… never wore the shoes — never even took them out of the box. I have 10 more days left on my 30-day return policy and wonder how much more stalling they will do before my time runs out.
