Nice, personable, knowledgable, no-​pressure-​to-​buy customer service; not a huge selection though (but they will special order what is not in store); easy-​to-​miss store front (among other strip mall stores). I was in the market for a new pair of Red Wing boots; sure you can order them online (but typically not for cheaper); the benefit of buying in store: the sales person will measure your foot for the perfect fit. Depending on the style and size and width of your foot, you may have to size a half or full size down from your usual size, and decide between a D or EE. The store didn’t have the boots I wanted to try on in my size in stock, so they special ordered four pairs — just so I could try them on. One week later, I walked out with a pair of perfectly fitting Iron Rangers. Nice.

Good shoes, good service but limited selection and sizes on hand. Be ready to order what you’re looking for.

I stopped by this location during lunch and walked away with a great pair of boots. The store was well stocked with leather boots for walking, hiking, work or casual wear with many male and female sizes.
The Good:
Great heal to toe warranty that offers free shoestring replacement and oil/​upkeep of the leather at no additional cost.
The Bad:
They’re located in kind of a hidden shopping center or I’m just bad at directions; I’ve passed this place many times and never noticed it. Look for CVS, this location is in the same strip center.
The Staff can be friendly, it just depends on who is managing the store.

What’s not to like about Red Wing boots? Besides the quality of their US-​made lines, which is renowned, the customer service at their actual stores is exceptional, as well as their warranty on shoes bought at the store.
I’ll keep this review short because, what else is there to say, but if you’re looking for a solid pair of boots, this store should absolutely be on your short list.

My work goes through here to get everyone safety shoes. I can totally see why… their selection may be small and prices a bit up there, but their quality is unbeatable. The lady that works here is awesome and very knowledgeable about the products and what you may like.
The thing that makes Red Wing worth it is the warranty. Free leather conditioning every couple of months, free laces, and if the soles start coming off or the stitching fails, you can bring ‘em in and have them repaired. They’ll also take care of you if your shoes are pinching or aren’t fitting right after you’ve worn them around a bit.

I bought a new pair of boots here a few months ago. Although, the selection is a bit small, I easily found a pair that were/​are perfect. Plus american made!
The sales person was so knowledgeable that it was scary. If you need a pair of leather shoes or boots, try ‘em out. I’m only going here for now on.
