Servpro of South San Rafael/Sausalito

These guys were great, from the initial booking over the phone to the completion of the job. I was in between a rock and a hard place with 24 hours to get the job done. I had a 500sqf warehouse that we had decided to carpet years ago and the landlord was requiring us to remove it… including all the glue. I called multiple places and they either said «we don’t do that» or «we cant get out there that fast» but not Servpro! They never scoffed at the work that needed to be done and they called the local franchise to confirm availability while I waited. They were out first thing the next morning and completed the job in record time (previous estimates had come in double on both time and $$).
These guys are awesome and work hard, I will definitely be calling them in the future!

I had a flood in my garage due to a clogged drain –right after my new tenants/​neighbors moved in and put a bunch of stuff in their storage area– also starting to flood. Servpro showed up quickly and absolutely had a handle on what needed to be done. The thing that they did was convince me to do things that I didn’t want to — there was drywall in part of the area, and they showed me with the moisture meter why we had to rip it up and my insurance paid — further proof of what was required. I had a great experience and am very grateful.

I recently used Servpro of South San Rafael/​Sausalito as a pipe broke in my house and flooded 3 of my rooms one being my 3 year old daughters room she was devastated thought she would lose all her dolls and belongings. The office staff was so helpful they assured me that we would be taken care of, they arrived within 1 hour of me calling them. They were so nice and talked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on every thing they were doing to my house. they took very good care of my personal belongings as well my daughter was definitely a happy camper like they say «its almost like it never happed» (lol). I would definitely recommend this Servpro to anyone who has a water/​mold damage or fire damage they are wonderful really helped my family and I.

A pipe burst in my home and flooded my kitchen, hallway & laundry room. My insurance recommended that we work with Servpro because they do the demo and reconstruction all in one package… they came out on a Monday marked on my floors of what needed to be demolished and took my husbands house key so they could come back while we were working… Come Wednesday Servpro called my insurance and refused to come back to do the work (mind you they still have our house key). My insurance offered to pay them mileage to and from for the work, but they still denied. I have to say, the last few days have been horrible and Servpro has only prolonged the damages of my house all while I am 9 months pregnant. They are very unprofessional and not willing to work with my insurance. This review is specifically for the Sausalito store. We are being transferred to the San Jose store and although they don’t do reconstruction, I am hoping their customer service is much better than these people…
