Sears Portrait Studio

I caution anyone not to go here. We made an appt in December 22, in which upon arrival we waited for 30 min with our two small children before we could get anyone to acknowledge us. Our photographer had no personality or ability to work with adults let alone children. When we reviewed our package I was saddened that the last 90 min was a waste. We found one so-​so picture that we used a coupon to purchase. We were told that our photos would be ready by Jan 9^th. I went in to pick up our photo mid Jan (I do not venture that way often) to find out they did not have them. They blamed their corporate office. Said they should probably be getting soon and I should have got a call — I did not. Then said they would call and mail as soon as the they arrived. This back and forth went on until today, when we finally got our pictures. Pictures on poor quality paper, with awful imaging, what a waste of time and energy. The staff was unapologetic made excuses, out right lied and were just plain rude.

Closed? I was just there a couple weeks ago, before Easter. Took photos for my daughter’s first time… 6weeks! The photographer did an awesome job! LOVED our pictures. The studio is a little small, 2 photo areas. Would be nice if they had a changing room or something.

This is open, not sure why it is saying that it is closed. Although it really should be. Pictures were not great, props were dirty, staff had no clue what was going on. Bad experience. Cheap though, guess you get what you pay for.
