I love getting my hair done by Lindy! She is an amazing stylist and has a fabulous personality — she makes you feel right at home! The salon is spotless and everyone working here is professional and friendly– five stars all the way!

i went in for a long pixie and the girl was going to he cell phone and was a mess over her ex’s new girl it took over a hour to cut 3 inches of hair. and when she came back she shaved my head to 1 and ½ inch of hair and one side was almost bald.
RUN NOT WALK. RUN AWAY. i would never go back and if i could i would give them no stars if possible. i told all my friends to NEVER EVER go there again. so if you like you hair don’t go there. please.

I went to this place last weekend, I was very clear about what I want, I asked for a blonde highlights but I end up having my hair darker as it was before Unfortunately I’m not happy with the service! The stylist name is Heather!

Obsessed with Lindy! I have gone everywhere for highlights and Lindy knows how to do the perfect shades of blonde, all while warming your heart with her loving spirit and infectious energy! She, and her work are as good as it gets!

Lindy is my stylist and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her and how she cuts and colors my hair. I haven’t walked out once with any regret over a haircut.

Reliable when you need a no fuss haircut. They also do kids!
If you need a haircut for the day and can’t pop in to your usual salon Regis isn’t half bad for that. Its a mall salon. There’s no doubt about it. It is what is it is. But I’d have to say its not bad for what it is.
Staff seems to rotate through quite often though, so you might end up being the luck of the draw of whom you’ll get and whether they are good or not.
Good thing about this place is they are never horribly booked out so you can almost always get in for the same day you want to make the appointment for.
They are also great for kids! Try aim for early morning though if you are wanting to do all your kids at the same time, then you can just go in save some time and get on with your day. (And also not have to deal with trying to find a park.)

made an Appointment with Patricia to make a
major change to my hair color, Blue! We had to weave in bleach to lighten the brown in my already highlighted hair and then dyed it an amazing vivid blue! patricia did an excellent job, and while the process was really long and some what exhausting, she was very professional and gave 100% even in the blow dry! She was very easy to talk with during the process and I felt very comfortable with her. I would Recommend Patricia to anyone who wants a detail oriented, committed and friendly stylist for anything wacky and fun or for something more traditional as well. Oh and I felt like I got such a great deal for an all day service! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Hallie has skills! I am trying to grow out my A-​line haircut and I told Hallie I wanted a trim that would allow my hair to grow out without looking like a mess. I also need to mention that I have a ton of hair that is slightly wavy but never seems to curl in a way that would look cute. Hallie worked her magic on my hair, and it has been two months and while I am going back to Hallie for a trim tomorrow my hair is still cute. I always worry trying a new hairstylist, but Hallie does not disappoint!

It is unfortunate that I have to write this, but I’m very disappointed in my recent visit to Regis.
I had a service done this past weekend and my stylist who is wonderful and extremely talented did not honor my discount. I had the usual highlights and a trim not a cut and made a purchase of two other items. There is currently a promotion of little cards you scratch to reveal a discount to be applied to your services. I had a 30% discount. I know what my total usually is when I have had my services before and so I knew what my total should have been roughly. I asked to make sure my discount was applied, it was not and I paid in cash and gave a tip in cash. I never ask for a receipt as I never question a transaction when I know what I’m paying for. I thought perhaps that she would be honest and say I overlooked your discount let me correct it. She did not. I’m really disappointed in this transaction as I really liked this salon.

If I could give no stars I would. Today would have been my third visit here, but the person who was supposed to cut my hair never showed. I had an appointment for 10am Monday, before I had to go to work. I showed up around 9:55 and checked in, the lady that was there said i had an appointment with Patricia and that she hadn’t arrived yet. She said I could wait for her in the back. About 5 min later the salon phone rang, it was Patricia saying she had to … Wait for it… Stop and get gas and she would be 15 – 20 min late!!! You got to be kidding me. I’ll get it people run out of gas, it happens. Your job is to plan accordingly, leave a little early. Not show up 20 min late! I decided to give her the benefit of a doubt and wait… And wait. And wait. She didn’t show after 10:25, I left. I will not be returning, and I will definitely be following through with corporate. Patricia turned a very exciting day, a day I had been waiting a long time for, into a very stressful start to my week. Avoid this place at all cost!

Stay away from Karin. she literally destroyed my hair. already had bad experiences before with haircuts but she is the winner!!! I showed her pictures and explained how I wanted the haircut but I guess she didn’t care… and besides everything she’s not friendly at all. I went home crying…

Hallie listened to what I wanted & made my hair fabulous! I appreciated that she found me products that were within my budget, and even complimented me on my natural hair color. She overall seemed more interested in satisfying my style than upwelling, which seems so hard to find these days. Kudos Hallie! I’ll be back soon :)

I decided last minute to walk in and get a cut and color. Lindy was available and took me to her chair. She did a great job and I was so happy with the results. The only reason I’m not giving this review 5 stars is that the shop seemed a little in shambles that night and you could tell there was some tension between a couple of the stylists, so not exactly the professional mood that I would have liked considering the amount of money you pay for a cut and color. But other than that, my hair looks fantastic!

Hallie was great! First time here and in desperate need for a trim. My hair texture is thick curly and coarse. Hallie had no problem working with my hair texture and she made a great recommendation for the length I should keep since I wanted to really just cut my hair shorter. She advised me to keep the length and just have a trim. I asked her what hair products she would recommend for my hair and to prevent split ends and she suggested the designline brand that REGIS has (normally I avoid buying products just because I get the whole sales aspect of it) but this stuff is amazing on my hair! Thanks Hallie!!! Cant wait to book my next appointment!

Came in tonight and saw Hallie. She was absolutely fantastic! She worked miracles and made this picky lady happy. She took her time and took great care of me and my locks. Couldn’t be happier!

Saxon gave me a great cut and listened to exactly what I wanted! It was affordable, she didn’t waste time, and I love my cut (this was 3 weeks ago and it still looks great). I was growing out bangs and she helped blend them while still keeping the rest of my hair long — it looks beautiful and I’ve gotten lots of compliments.

Great place! Really cool and friendly staff! Lindy’s awesome, she can do great haircuts and I got my hair highlighted there too and it came out really awesome. I came back later for a slight adjustment to my color and they offered to do it for free since it was a minor fix. I couldnt be happier with this place. I highly recommend!

I cannot rave about this salon more. I recommend everyone to go see Alba. She’s not only the manager, but a great hairstylist. She fixed what was a tragic cut and added unique highlights and made my hair look healthy. I see her about twice a year since I don’t dye my hair in winter, but sporadically go back to get my bangs trimmed. So wonderful. Worth every penny. I will be hiring her to do my hair for my wedding next year!

I think it really depends on the stylist you see and does your hair. I’ve been here a few times and either went to see Vanessa or Martha. I was always very happy with the way my hair came out afterwards. Both ladies always took enough time to talk about what I would like have done and what they thought would be best for my hair.
I also liked that they are pretty flexible with the appointments. Sometimes I went there to make an appointment and they said I could have my hair done now or the next day.
