I spent hours researching the options for radiant heat in my house when we did a full remodel 3 years ago.
I wish I didn’t, because when I found this company, and specifically Bernie, I found the group with the expertise needed to assist me in making the correct choice, and I couldn’t be happier.
Fast forward 3 years, and I have a heating system that works perfectly but a floating floor I bought from Costco that is giving me a little trouble. Who offers to check it out? Bernie! He found time in his schedule to come by (my house is over 2 hours away from their business) and lend a hand. That’s the real deal. Enough said.

If you are remodeling your bath or flooring and looking for an affordable way to heat your floors, talk with Radiant Way. They really know their business and can help you get warm floors affordably. They will work well with your contractor and floor installer. Most times contractors and floor installers don’t know much about radiant heat flooring. If you buy from Radiant Way then you know that you are getting the best product out there NuHeat, and the best service and support from a reputable local comany. If you are a do-​it-​your-​selfer, you can order their products on-​line too, and save a bundle.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor/​subcontractor.
They are the local rep for NuHeat. They sell other stuff too.
Referred by our tile guy, we went ahead with four rooms and a hallway for warm floors.
Corban promised at the beginning, «I’ll be out there, I’ll help, I’ll do whatever it takes.»
Wrong mat sent from manufacturer. Installed. Under thinset.
So, after realizing issue, fortunately prior to tile … what do they do …
NuHeat says they can’t ship overnight without my SSN. They then take four days to get it to our house. Meanwhile, Radiant Way is running silent.
The scrapped material, put in bags, littered my driveway.
No one offered to remove it. So, I had to.
My tile guy redid the labor. I am getting billed for that.
Today, I received an invoice from Radiant Way for mats.
So, run like the wind.
Really thought a promise was a promise. I would seek another supplier if you can.

I just spoke with Bernie on the phone. I wanted information about nuheat flooring versus my original plan of hydronic radiant heating. He was very patient, listened to my concerns, and asked me some questions about my home. He then suggested I do not use them as it would be a high PG&E bill to heat my entire home in this manner. He didn’t try and sell me on his product, but instead helped me come up with what was best for my situation. He referred me to another company that focuses on hydronic radiant heating. I’ll definitely refer him to my friends who are thinking of heating for smaller spaces, such as bathrooms and kitchens. 5 stars for honesty, expertise, and helpfulness!

These guys are great. Polite, friendly, professional. We worked with Bernie, who was fantastic. He’s been out to our home twice to fix a couple of minor thermostat issues. He was fast and efficient, and good with our two young kids. What great service; thank you!
