I had only seen Miss Mac once and that was years ago but when I spilled a drink onto my laptop and watched the screen go black, I called her. She responded immediately and was not only sympathetic, she was very helpful and BEYOND generous with her time. Then I called her again when I couldn’t get my new computer to work. Same response. Such generosity is mostly unheard of these days. If I could give her ten stars I would. Thank you Miss Mac!

Okay, I had just injured my Mac computer and needed some help. I emailed MissMac and received a response within minutes. Due to the damage I had done on my computer, she referred me to another repair person, which I feel is totally commendable!
I know times are tough and to refer me to someone outside, being that it was the best solution for me, speaks volumes about the integrity of her service.
