We used to use this company exclusively for making large format prints and plots, but not anymore. Ever since they became BPS, their service has totally gone downhill, and their policies don’t support small businesses. They now have a minimum charge of $ 8.50 and will not give price quotes in advance of service. The woman at the front desk always seems angry; in fact, I would rather pay a little extra at Kinko’s to avoid her
We now take our business to BPM Reprographics or Northbay Reprographics and they both have been a pleasure to do business with.
