We truly are blessed living in such a great community. Most of the office personnel have been easy to get along with and are great with follow-up most of the time depending who it is. For the past few months we have had some maintenance issues, but the maintenance manager and his team have been great. Best of all they love my dogs and my dogs love them! In the past the landscape hasn’t been so pretty, but their redoing the landscaping with drought resistant plants and its going to look beautiful. I give them a 4 =)

Very disappointed. My apartment had RATS which I battled myself with no help from management for more than four months. It was terrible. When I finally moved out I gave a 40 day notice instead of a 60 day notice as that was the best I could do under the circumstances. (a mandatory 60 day notice is ridiculous in my opinion). I was told «not to worry that will be fine» and then received a bill for almost $ 2000 to cover the remaining 20 days. I’m a single parent and it’s holiday time and I get hit with a $ 2000 bill after having to deal with a rat problem? Do not move here. Unless you have a lot of extra money and low living standards.

If I could make a negative * I would. Been here 10 months just got a notice for an 18% increase $ 230.00 more per month!!! at my renewal in August, either agree or move! Very disrespectful. I pay my rent on time, not noisy clean up after my dog and others.

I actually really loved living here. What sold me was the virtually unlimited parking and with 3 cars in my household, it’s a rare find in San Rafael. I’ll really miss the view of the sunrise in open fields of nature. I thought the staff were very friendly and straightforward. Nice neighborhood but it could use a bit more lighting at night. Maintenance were awesome: fixed my doorknob and garbage disposal right up!
You pay a bit more, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I used to like living here, now with the current management, things have gone downhill. The lease agreement is like 30 pages long, they want to charge pet rent (!), and they also charge you for community utilities, which is almost $ 100 extra per month. Oh, and they want 60 days notice for leaving instead of the usual 30 days.
Stay away until we get better management.
