An incompetent and extremely dishonest attorney. Don’t waste your money on the likes of her gives the entire profession a bad name.
An audit was called for by our family in San Rafael to document massive embezzlement in our family trusts by two brothers with a promise to furnish the audit to all involved attorneys when completed. Gethell declined to furnish it when completed as she had previously promised. It took over 3.5 years to finally receive it which of course revealed rampant embezzlement in the family estate which was covered up by her crooked auditor, Fiduciary Resources, on her behalf. I am a retired state peace officer and am completely appalled by the criminality and absolute dishonesty of this attorney and her auditor, heard from others in San Rafael of the same tactics by the same parties. Go directly to court against these goons don’t waste your time and money like we have in trying to litigate its like trying to keep cockroaches out of the sugar jar, not going to happen!
