Cool Cats Mobile Auto Air Conditioning

I twice tried to get an appointment to check my AC at the shop recommended by my mechanic but they could never fit me in to my schedule so I decided to search elsewhere. I came across Cool Cats on an internet search, they had better reviews than the other shop so I called. Jim, took the time to find out what I thought the issue was with my AC and suggested I bring the vehicle within a timeframe that worked for my schedule.
They did a complete check of my system discovered that the issue was that I was out of freon for reasons that could not be determined as it is a late model vehicle and they could not any leakage. I was in and out within an hour, but more importantly with a working AC.
You better believe that the next time I speak to my mechanic I am going to suggest he start recommending Cool Cats …

Brought my Ford van in needing to get the A/​C working same day. I suspected freon was out. They took me right away (go at 8am when they open), were very professional. Determined it was indeed out of freon, but also had a condenser leak that long term meant condenser needed replacing. Thw whole thing took less than an hour.
Only reason for no fifth star is, they did not tell me before starting there was a $ 125 minimum inspection fee. The whole job was $ 225 which is high compared to a typical $ 75 – 100 freon replacement. But, they took me right away, found the long term problem and were very professional as I said.

I feel bad for waiting so long to write a review about this business. After taking my car to another mechanic who could never quite figure out what was truly wrong with my car, I brought my car here and the real problem was fixed. I didn’t need just Freon as I was told by the clueless mechanic. I needed several parts and hoses which cost me, but was well worth it. I never felt ripped off. It was a price well-​paid for great service and an air conditioner that was fixed. BRAVO COOL CATS!!! I will refer everyone I know to you for proper care of their vehicles cooling system!

My Subaru air conditioning stopped functioning just as the weather started to warm up. Typical! I contacted my normal mechanic and she referred me to Cool Cats for help. They were courteous and friendly when I called. I scheduled the appointment for the following morning and was thrilled with the service I received. They educated me about the various possible issues, got the car in immediately, found the problem, fixed it, and got me out the door in less than an hour with my air conditioning fully functional. They were very down to earth, reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone else who needs help with their A/​C. Thanks Cool Cats, now the dogs and I can be cool too! :-)

After a frustrating experience with another shop I was referred to Cool Cats by Sears Automotive. Their comment was «these guys do such a good job that people have come back to thank me for referring them» and that was my experience exactly. I expected to have to do a complete replacement and it was «just an o ring». I then referred a friend. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Cool Cats.
