I’m always happy with my cuts from Alan. The guy is a big sweet heart and is incredibly knowledgable. So much so that he’s constantly flying about the world training others in the craft. The space is nice and relaxing and you can’t do much better in San Pedro for a location being its right in the marina.

I love this place. Its very peaceful and the staff is so friendly. Michelle Kalaj saved my hair!!! I had previously gotten a very bad cut and dye and I had an event to go to. The day of the event Michelle fixed the cut, (which isn’t easy to do as I have curly hair) and added a beautiful, rich brown which I absolutely loved. I can’t wait to see what kind of art is awaiting me for my next visit :) thank you Michelle and thank you Papaleo

This is my spot! I found this salon while staying at the Doubletree on business and stopped in to get my eyebrows waxed. After I walked in I felt SO AT HOME! The owner came out with his wife and offered to do a cut, highlights, and a Reiki session. I decided to go for it and have been a regular since then! He uses the finest quality hair products and makes you feel special. Alan is an artist and a beautiful soul which shows in his work. Make yourself feel special and visit this salon!

I’ve been a loyal client for 11 years! Alan is amazing. I have natural coarse and curly hair. I love to change my style and color often. Thanks to Alan I’ve gone from black to highlights to red (which is not easy to remove black)
He is honest and would not follow thru a cut/​color if he feels it would not work on a client.
Also the salon has a peaceful and relaxing environment. Love his artwork and music!!!
