Slow service. Staff lacking customer service skills. Food is okay at best.
I went in to get a regular sized cotton candy dipped cone, which are my favorite. The lady handed it to me and it was small as shit. Then, the cotton candy dipping sauce was super splotchy and looked absolutely disgusting. She said «I dipped it three times and it keeps looking like this» and handed it to me. I asked her if it expired, and she responded with «i dont know.» seriously? You don’t know? I’m sure thats a health hazard of some sort.
So i walk out and it’s not sitting well with me, so my friend goes back inside and asks for another cone (still small as shit) but dipped in chocolate. This time, the Indian guy did it and the chocolate was fine and he said «I think the cotton candy was bad…» And that was it.
Disgusting & super disapointing.

Love love love! This is my favorite fast food place ever! Ever since I was a kid. Best chili cheese fries I’ve ever eaten and trust me I’ve tried them all and these are the top.

The woman that took my order was extremely rude and kept laughing as she took the order. The young man working the window was horrible. He took my money and gave me my food without a word and walked back to the register. I asked if this was everything and he said yes and rolled his eyes. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Food was good but not worth coming back to ever again.

Terrible customer service I visited this location on 5÷31÷2015 cashier rudely yelled through the drive thru speaker saying we don’t put sprinkles on the dipped ice cream cones. I then asked why is that I come every weekend and they always do it. I then asked for the manager his name was Shaba he said we don’t do that here I said I don’t understand why not we always get that. He raised his voice and said he didn’t care what the hell I do to get the hell out of his drive thru. Very disrespectful

Employee Itdavanh sees me come to the window, continues to check her cell phone then turns back to me without even acknowledging my presence and continues to place her call. Then they are only able to offer ½ of the items listed on the menu. And my shake tastes like french fry grease. FAIL. Update: NO, not french fry grease, but onion. Just found a chunk of onion and a dash of lettuce in my Oreo Freezee. DISGUSTING.

Drive thru person didn’t seem all there and hard to understand, and they didn’t tell us what would be extra. «You can get any size» ok… How much more will that be?

Good customer service from the very nice people who work here. Their food, as always, is consistent.

Food is good but the service I received at the drive-​thru was terrible. I asked for separate bags and it was all in one and the girl at the drive-​thru did not want to give me a receipt, telling me it’d be much too complicated for her to do. Are you serious

I’ve been coming here since I was 9. The joint is never busy even with all the coupons that they send out for their specials. You can never go wrong with their polish dog, chili dogs, or their chili cheese fries. I’m a big fan of their fries, always cooked to order and hot and crispy. Make sure to ask for mustard and ketchup for those fries, you will not be disappointed!

This place is awesome 5 stars however the last visit. I ordered large fries and they were in a drink cup lol I have never seen anything like that ever.

This place is not closed… but you would think. The past 2 times i have stopped by here, they are always empty or 1 other person is pulling up as we depart.
I love the mini corn dogs or reg corn dogs. My favorites!
The first time i came here the girl at the register seemed as if she hated her job, well i don’t blame her… No constant customers, quiet on your feet for 8hrs or so…
along with someone who looked like the manager.
2^nd time, different girl same attitude. I am surprised they aren’t as busy as they should be. Every time we have a work party people going through the Wienerschnitzel section so fast!

11÷22÷11. Closed??? It isn’t closed but maybe it should be. I stopped there this morning for a special of three chile dogs for $ 3. I asked for cheese and onions and a soda. When the order came there were no onions. So I returned to the counter to ask for some onions. The guy that took my order acted like he hadn’t seen me before. I ended up with a small cup of onions… enough for one dog.
Then as I bit into the dog I realized there was no cheese. So back I went to ask about the cheese. This time it was pointed out that I had only ordered the special … so I had to point out that I had paid extra for the cheese. Zero communication between the DA at the register and the kitchen.
The result was cold cheese on top of now cold Chile dog… yuck. Maybe they were closed and reopened. The only person that was even slightly friendly and efficient was the African Amerian lady that was working hard to try and hold it all together. The young guy at the register and the two old guys were out to lunch.
I stopped here once years ago and had a similar experience. Probably won’t be stopping ever again. Too bad because I love the chile chees dogs.

I love their Chili Cheese Fries, but it seems that over the years, they have gotten less and less. Chili cheese dogs are wrapped neatly, no to-​go spills. Very affordable. I haven’t tried their chili burgers yet, but once I do, I’ll write something about that also. I feel that since it’s name is Weinerschnitzel, they should have their main theme as hotdogs, not chili.
