Jack-In-the-Box Drive Thru

Went there on a fluke a couple of times because I couldn’t think of anything to eat at the time and realized that I had made a big mistake both occasions. The chicken on my sand which wasn’t done and the other times customer service was bad and the ice cream machine is always down

Ive never written a complaint before. Ive worked in fast food for a year so i know how difficult customers and customer service can be… but my experience with a drive thru was far from acceptable. I came sunday ¹⁄₁₇ at about 7:30. Yana aka i believe was her name was incredibly rude! She made me never want to come back as im sure many of others have felt. Her eye rolling and snarky replies look very awful for the business as a whole. Overall unhappy. not to mention my final order was still wrong.

I would give them no star if it was an option. Drive through is very slow, they ran out of everything I asked for. My drink came with a coffee straw. They ran out of buttermilk ranch and sweet and sour sauce, like how the heck am I suppose to eat the curly fries and egg rolls now?! This place sucks. Never again.

Slow service, mistakes left and right, had to ask them for receipt. Order burger got something else completely. Wish I can give them a negative star.

We were hungry and it was too hot to cook. This JITB was on the way so we decided to give them a try. Usually I use JITB for their chocolate over load cake and a vanilla milk shake, pouring the shake over the cake once I get them home. It’s a guilty pleasure that I haven’t done in about 2 years. Needless to say, the entrée menu was foreign to us and we took a moment to look it over. Happily, there are a few chicken choices. Strips and sandwiches. We chose the Sourdough Grilled meal. At the cashier window, the lady working there seems to be a victim of excessive bad customer experience. We asked a question and she was on the defensive immediately. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for her. We had to explain that we weren’t complaining, just wanted to know something. Once she understood she did calm down and answered us.
Our order was thrown together quickly, and when the bag was complete, we were asked if we wanted any sauce. Not knowing what kind of sauce they offered, we asked for something spicy. Well, we got TACO sauce. Is it me or was that kinda dumb? Don’t answer.
Not overly thrilled with the mediocre sandwich. Fries were decent and the soda was a soda. Thankfully they have their carbonation mix down.
Not a place I’d go back to. Not a place I’d think of when I’m hungry. But it was convenient and it did take care of a need. I have no idea what the inside of the place looks like. Clean, I hope. I wonder, though.

Went through the drive thru on my way home from work to get my iced tea. They were so incredibly busy with a line stretching around the corner.
You could tell the employees were working so hard and were friendly and doing their best to hurry.

New Latino guy that works here is super nonchalant, took my order with no feeling n felt like I was talkin to a robot! Didn’t make any eye contact wen I got to window n wen I asked for ranch he handed it to me, didn’t get a have a nice night, fck u, I hate u, I hate my job or anything! Not to mention I order loaded chicken nuggets n I got a tsp of cheese n a tsp of ranching not loaded ore like a tease

Choose anyplace else, food is nasty!!! I am not sure if this place operates like all the other jack in the boxes I’ve ever been to. Ordered bacon and cheese wedges, got burned wedges with old discolored cheese the size of a nickel. My daughter ordered a kids meal, her cheeseburger was covered in mustard. My other daughter’s pita she ordered was broken and half filled. I recommend that jack in the box have their name removed from this establishment. I warn everyone I know to never go here!

Just don’t go STAY away wen I went they were all on there cell phone it took them like 5 min to ask me if I was ready to order

The workers are lazy supper. Lazy I wish I could give them a negative five stars like –5 or –10 bad service go to KFC or McDonald better

On 12÷28÷13 at 5:48am, a male Latino heavy set employee tells me that when I order a Fajita Chicken Melt, I have to accept it as it is even if I request to not have any onions or bell peppers on the sandwich. You shouldn’t have to pay money when you tell the employee (s) you don’t want certain things on your food for example, a burger with no onion or something else. Apparently the night employees don’t seem to understand and just give you what is served to you. I’m sure most of you hate being told «Sorry or oh well it comes with onion etc or take it off yourself». Hopefully your experience is better than mine. Worse case scenario is you’re allergic to certain foods and they tell you to deal with what you’re given. I’m sure the employees at Jack in the box would appreciate the same respect wherever they go.

this place actually deserves a negative rating and review. i cant believe how long the wait was on the drive thru … it was so slow, and when you finally get up to the window, they people there dont even apologize for the wait, or at least even thank them for waiting, in fact, they dont say anything at all … you just give them the money, and they give you your order, and thats it. not even a «thank you» for coming buying from them. if you decide to go here, think twice, and if you really want jack in the box, there are other jack in the boxes in the area. to think, they just gave me my food, then they slammed the window on me. im no longer gonna come to this branch.
